There is a lot of confusion out there and a lot of people with personal motives who seem to want to state things that are far from the truth. If they push something false too far there will be legal repercussions. Come and sit down with us at the show and I think you will really understand what happened and where things are at now.

Like the truth is going to be told by them.Thats funny. Sorry John I hear your a good guy but they fucked me hard and I was their biggest cheerleader.
The bullshit I was told and was fucking dumb enough to believe. I seriously doubt Cathy had no control because my rep was always telling she had to talk to the top.

She came in after iBill's fate was decided and did as much as she could to get as much as possible out to merchants. However, there was no way to completely save a sinking ship. Not a position I would envy :(

how long was she the CEO of ibill? from when to when.

You're free to believe as you wish of course and I understand you being cautious. Maybe in time you will be willing to give things a chance. If not, I understand.

I do not know the dates off hand. Please, come and meet myself and Cathy as well as everyone else involved. That IMO is the best way to make a judgment of what happened.

Was she the CEO before or after Charles Prast? Usually when the shareholders (owners) do not agree with what the CEO was doing, they oust him/her and get a new one.

John,

A big congrats to you / tmm and segpay...

Looks like this will be a good relationship for both.

Happy Holidays

So it is up to the merchants to pay affiliates individually? If I as an affiliate sign up for 10 merchants programs that use this system will I get 10 separate checks or will there be an option to get a consolidated payment?

Congrats John thats a huge move!

I don't follow what you mean about how the shareholders views on her performance relates to this.

We were fully aware there would be some hesitance from some people due the iBill connection. If anyone outside of iBill knows what happened at iBill it would be Visa & MC. The fact that they are granting a company Cathy has an interest in registration in the Visa IPSP program speaks volumes about their feelings towards her and her ethics. She is who deals with the banks. They know her, they know her history, and they trust her.

If you are uncomfortable with the product I fully understand if you don't use it. No one is being forced to. Hopefully over time we can earn your trust.

Payments will be able to be consolidated once that system is live.

This won't go for all NATS programs but for programs running under the TMMSegPay NATS system. There will be a lot of features involved with this which we think everyone will find very exciting. We hope to be sharing more details soon.

Easton 12-11-2007 05:26 PM

that is big news, congrats NATS!

Snake Doctor 12-11-2007 05:27 PM

Nothing against you Albright, but isn't this a conflict of interest?

You already own paysites (so I heard, correct me if I'm wrong) and now you own part of a billing company, and you have access to the proprietary data of alot of your competitors (the ones who use NATS)

I could be wrong but it seems like there's lots of room for conflicts of interest there.

Nice, so who would pay affilaites if an affiliate does not choose to consolidate accounts, the merchants individually or your company?

Ditosta 12-11-2007 05:29 PM

Looking fwd to this ! Congratz

A-Bomb 12-11-2007 05:31 PM

This has been covered here a number of times. I own TeenDolls as well as a dating site. I have never hidden that fact. I owned sites long before I started TMM and I can't just throw income away especially in the beginning as all of TMM's funds were reinvested directly back into TMM allowing it to grow as it did.

I can assure you your data is safe. We have hundreds of clients. Some of them are some of the biggest names in the industry. They would not put their trust in us if it was not well deserved.

These days my sites are much smaller than they were years ago and don't even provide that much income. What they do provide is a great test bed for our products. I would much rather experiment with and break something of my own than one of my client's sites. It also allows me to keep a pulse on what it is to run a program which helps us develop our products better.

If I were to misuse anyones data it would be found out very quickly. It could not be done secretly but rather it would be very obvious and we would be out of business very quickly. Plus, if I was somehow stealing people's data my sites would be doing a lot better than they are. :)

Details on this are not 100% set in stone yet but it is my understanding that the bank will also be issuing affiliate payouts directly for those using the new TMMSegPay NATS system.

Congratulations on the acquisition!

DigitalPimp 12-11-2007 05:41 PM

ThePornBrain 12-11-2007 05:51 PM

from my point of view you are envious regarding the success of paycom/mpa3 and you are trying to catch up. and that was your easiest possibility

before i'd use segpay i'll accept cash by snail mail :2 cents:

There is a major difference between a billing company using your software and acquiring ownership in a billing company.

As illustrated in a thread last week, the install base of NATS is much larger than MPA even if you count the EpochStats clients. There is nothing to be envious about.

shermo 12-11-2007 05:55 PM

Great news! I love seeing hard working people/companies merging to make something that'll help the industry as a whole. :thumbsup

JFK 12-11-2007 05:58 PM

Congrats:thumbsup

TMM_John 12-11-2007 05:59 PM

Perhaps there is some confusion and there may be people not reading the PR itself.

This is not a deal for SegPay to use NATS. This is an acquisition of ownership of SegPay and the forming of a new company, TMMSegPay.

There is no more SegPay. There is only Too Much Media and TMMSegPay. Too Much Media is still held by only myself and Charlie and no ownership of it has changed hands.

TMM_John 12-11-2007 06:01 PM

GFY Hiccup!

ThumbLord 12-11-2007 06:12 PM

conflict or interest and a bad thing in general, but heh since allmost ever webmaster thinks this is good it must be good.
time for me to check the alternative I am afraid

mailman 12-11-2007 09:43 PM

Sounds like a great acquisition!

Looking forward to see what you guys come up with! :)

TheLegacy 12-11-2007 09:45 PM

My dear friend Charlie Berrebbi informed me a short time ago about this acquisition and I was thrilled by it, practically jumped out of my chair in excitement for such wonderful people. Too Much Media is an amazing company to be apart of and they have done all of us all a great service by staying honest and professional in all that they do.

My best wishes and hope for more great things to come from everyone of you

DatingGold 12-11-2007 09:52 PM

Smart move.. How can I get in? :-)
