Class Action Lawsuit Agains IBILL.. NO JOKE.
I talked to my lawyer in Vegas and he said that if I find 6 or 7 people that are owed alot of money from IBILL, we can file a class action lawsuit against them that he would take on. This is the first lawyer that i've found that is interested in taking the case. If you are SERIOUS about this and are owed alot of money from them, hit me up on icq and we can set it up. :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup
Its about time they got a nice lawsuit judgement against them! |
Whats the minimum to participate?

Lawyers are ten a penny - like mosquitoes prime for swatting - and, bottom line, it's not up to them whether a court will listen to their class action claim. |
We're game. Keep me in the loop.

What will probably happen, when they lose the case, they will close down shop and no one will get paid a penny. |
Let me just say that I have one of the best internet lawyers in the business. These guys arent joking around. Just to let you guys know.
|
I still don't understand why anyone who is actually owed a lump of money and resides within the US has not already got a decent lawyer and gun-totting court officers to seize assets deemed to be adequate to cover a debt. Is there something I'm missing here??
I already had a lawyer (ex law agent) last year who was not interested in anything but "due date" and was prepared to get an order from a judge to have trucks loading up iBill assets to cover debts - and she was armed and prepared to contain any situation. That's far cheaper than class action law suits and silly money on lawyers fees. |
Nice, sue those bastards :)
|
Im in. just give me the details.
|
find a law firm that will take it on contingency only---i will not throw good $ after bad.
ibill owes me about 12K + first find the law firm. |

if someone owed me 10,000 I would be in jail and they wouldnt be
|
Minimum? $1
Minimum to get it going? What ever the lawyer wants... ie, if he wants $300,000 in fees, he needs about $1,200,000 in aggregated, fucked over participants... Minimum participants if that was the true nature of your question, 3. |
bump for a good cause
|
I fail to understand how a company can default on tens of millions of dollars of payments just by saying "we can't pay you" and still remain in business.
Go Scottie! |
Best of luck on a newly initiated lawsuit. There are already numerous suits and settlements that were crafted by paid counsel (NOT some bullshit stock settlement agreement but something solid that locks up identifiable assets through stipulated judgements). You guys are way late to the dance and should you find a lawyer to partner with in this dance, you may find yourself at the back of a long line should you prevail in court.
