All the fraud that goes on with webmasters buying traffic is just unreal. What is more unreal is how when I contact sponsors they just don't give a shit if a affiliate of theirs charges back for traffic they bought. What is so ironic is that if a affiliate is willing to do this think he is signing up members the same way? I gotta feeling Shap is different from other sponsors in that he would not put up with this bullshit, anyhow this peckerhead bought $100 in traffic back in June http://www.insidetwistys.com/?t1/revs=yourcandystore and of course after the traffic was delivered he charged back. Fuckwads like this is why I stopped taking credit cards. KRL this thief lives in Windermere, LOL. Wanna collect for me?

A contract between 2 individuals shouldn't be broken based on third party unsubstantiated evidence..

Who's to say you didnt overcharge him , he tried to work out the problem and you didn't agree so he charged it back. ( i'm not saying thats what happened , but all we have is your word , thats why they have lawyers and judges and courts and stuff.)

Granted you are well known and trustworthy, but well-known trustworthy people screw others at times too. "Charging back " isn't fraud, fruad is a charge that you must first prove.. to "chargeback" you must first prove to your cc company certain terms weren't met. ( thats where the fraud comes in )

I certainly empathize with you, but i think there is a better way to deal with people than blacklisting them through WOM

Why would I waste my time posting all this shit if it were not true? Granted sometimes I post a lot when the mood gets me, but overall I do not have time for shit like this. I am not calling anyone out by this post, least of all Shap. Would I be disapointed or upset if Shap did nothing? NOPE NOT AT ALL. #3. He buys traffic from me and sends to one of the most if not most respected sponsors around. Then charges back.

But i can still see many legit reasons for him to charge back ( like i said im not trying to help this guy lord knows i hate scammers ) , but sometimes anger can cloud judgement..

Maybe he had his credit card stolen , and mistook your charge for something nefarious ? ( what do you bill as ? )

Maybe it was his wifes/gay lovers credit card and he forgot to tell them about the purchase ? ( you never know )

Maybe he got drunk in mexico and needed to secure some quick funds to get himself out of jail ( so he charged back to get some funds into his account )

Maybe his card got hacked and they charged everything back upto a cretain point..

My point is if you haven't spoken to him , maybe theres a reason... i would try speaking with him and see what he says.. then we will know for sure..
