Wait a minute. You're talking about censorship of something you don't like or agree with. Let's clarify the difference between fantasy and reallty shall we? CP is real and that reality harms children directly. BUT, with respect to "Fake" anything that deals with fantasy only, and should we really be telling people what they can or can't fantasize about? Who decides where to draw the line of censorship? You are helping A-s-s_c_r_o_f_t do his job by advocating more censorship.

I'll tell you this much, my fantasies are my own, they are private, and no one will tell me what I can't fantasize about. I don't know about you and your fantasies or how much you value your freedoms.

I'm not saying I think that rape is okay, because it isn't. Anyone that thinks different is nuts in my opinion. But if that's what you want to fantasize about, that's your right. Fantasy hurts no one, but reality does hurt people.

I draw the line at sites that COUNSEL people to go out and commit the acts depicted. That is where the law says the line is, and that's where it should stay.

Fantasy is and should be legal. Anyone not liking a certain fantasy site should just keep his or her nose out of that site and let those that do have those fantasies alone to enjoy them. I'd much rather have a few people looking at a fantasy site then have them out there trying to make their fantasies a reality. Wouldn't you?

This is the same as the people that say that fantasy violence on tv and in movies is what's resonsible for all the real violence in society. Duhhhhhhh. People need someone or something to blame for everything.

In my view there is a big difference between heavy BDSM galleries and fake rape galleries.

Yet, sex and violence are found in tons of movies including but not limited to horror movies. Slasher movies typically have nudity, sexuality and violence.

Why is it that a scary movie with some gruesome scenes is okay because it's only a movie, but when a website shows similar horrific content it's a bad thing and get's crapped all over with people wanting to censor them? I see this as more than a little hypocritical and selective persecution.

Once you start censoring what people can or can't fantasize about, you are wandering into the Orwellian area of thought police. Do you want your local police force probing your thoughts looking for illegal fantasies that should be private? No? The get on with your site and stop promoting censorship of others. I saw corpsie take a good beating over his site a while back, similar circumstances too. It's bullshit.

Help it or don't help it, that's not the point. The point is that fantasy content has a right to be on a website same as it does in stories or movies. Just because you and I choose not to view something, doesn't mean we should have the right to prevent every other adult in the world from looking if they want.

I don't mind the really bizarre stuff since I can always leave. No one is forcing me to look at it. It's like TV, if you don't like what's on either turn it off or change the channel. Or if the site is actually promoting and counselling others to rape and the scenes are real and not staged (sometimes hard to determine, but some sites do say one way or the other whether the pics are real or fantasy depictions), then those sites need to be removed and the webmasters prosecuted as per local laws. I know that the law in Canada forbids counselling to incite race hatred, CP, rape or real acts of violence.

There is currently nothing specific in Canadian law pertaining to restrictions on fantasy, personal fantasies, or fantasy movie-violence involving adults, with the exeption of productions or websites that contain sexual depictions in the extreme end of the sexual spectrum coupled with violence. I can name and virtually recite the most recent precedents on this.
