Help with jennacash
I'm all ears, ok maybe I'm more boobs than ears,on how to make my webmaster program, www.jennacash.com, a success. I'm new at this and would love some advice, so where else would I go, but to GFY.

Jenna, don't do the mistake and not allow foreign webmasters to join. It's not about me since now I don't have time to promote another sponsor, perhaps in the future.BUT, there are so many webmasters outside states and pull HUGE traffic and many of them would like to join your program. You don't have a pay per click program to worry that much for cheaters. Allow webmasters from EVERY country and with some of them if you don't feel comfortable has a rule a delayed payment of 1-2 month like some other sponsors do. Honest webmasters won't have any problem. Look what Lensman does, he runs the largest pay per click affialite on planet (even compared with nonadults i think) and he allows every webmaster. Most of sponsors just copy/paste the Terms Of Service, don't do the same, be unique ;-)
Also, in order to keep subscribers for many months have a live chat once in a week with them (if you don't already have it). |

I believe that jennacash already is available for all. There was a thread by Meni, he said that webmasters from outside USA should fill out the for with "fake" address details, and to email him with their real address, so he could change their details manually...

You guys should have stuck with Brad Shaw instead of fucking with him then you would have a nice program. Plus no one is going to promote a site that cost $30 to join and get $30 for that signup, you need a damn trial.

I've been out of this shit for too long because I think it's wierd that 2 years ago, I never saw anyone use sexcounter... (how long has it been up?) I've never seen anyone push whoacash either... How are they making all this money now? In this biz -- whoever is first to market means a lot -- unless you have vaults of venture cash... Has anyone here used Whoacash or converted them? Until this last convention I had never heard of Whoacash. good will to help someone is very rare these days and for sure both of L$ghtn$ing and $2 Cl$cks you don't know what it means. You look only how to earn profit from others, at least that's what I see with JJ. You could share some tips like the rest people on the board, but nooo you act like trading her. BigDog, I promote a certain site that costs $31.90 to join and I get $15 for that signup... but it converts like fucken crazy.

A 3 day trial $4.95 and recurring for webmasters program. Don't know who does your cc, but I know alot of webmasters like ccbill, I like the check's every week and they have counters, although
there counters do not tell you were the surfer came from, but at least they have counters. The counters are a big help to me. If you want traffic sign up partners and you'll get the traffic. The chat thing sounds good also, might take alot of your time or just hire someone and let them be JJ for 8 hours. I know I'll sign up for your program if it's recurring and has third party accounting. Forgot,,,,I'd be very careful buying traffic. Jenna, your site looks good; it has a nice layout and design and should be converting on average 1:250 (with the highest conversion of no more than 1:500). If you are not converting at least this well, then here are some things you should look into:
1. Your processor (1. make sure they are not 'scrubbing' needlessly and are trusted among fellow webmasters) 2. Your affiliate scripts...there were some complaints on one of the 'pissing-match' boards so I don't know how valid the issues are; but it's worth looking into. 3. That the people marketing your affiliate program know what they are doing, are well respected in the business and are delivering what they promised in both support and marketing abilities. FYI guys?if you check out ClubJenna, you?ll see that she already does a ?weekly live chat? with members. And I agree that you should offer the trial membership (3 days for $4.95) on affiliate accounts as well. Although paying out $30 a sign-up on trials is costly, you might want to consider doing it when you are ready for some serious affiliate traffic? I hope this is helpful. Getting someone to run traffic and affiliates that knows whats going on, has the contacts to actually get traffic and realizes who's cheating when the traffic comes in is invaluable.
