I disagree that a program cannot be successful unless it's run by an established player. ClubJenna is very much on the right track and is run by some very sharp dedicated people. And let me make this clear, I don't want to run their program. They don't need it, and we've got enough brewing already.

I would change your processor to someone established in the adult arena,either CCBill(first choice) or IBill. I ran your banner for a couple days and had no confidence in the stats or processor....

No need for a trial, just sell YOURSELF...have someone redesign your site and every place it says "Jenna" replace it with "me,my,or I"...i.e. Chat with Jenna Live/Chat with ME live. It's all about making that horny bastard feel like you're talking to him and he's "special to you", instead of someone talking about what Jenna will do to/for you.
I would also get rid of the exit consoles loaded with leeches and again "SELL Yourself", it's your name, your site, you shouldn't have to rely on getting a remote sale or two. Set that console up to sell some "personally autographed" memorabilia(signed vagina molds/dildos/vidclips/panties or just a glossy 8x10(Limited GFY Numbered of Course)
Talk to Lensman about marketing, he does well, especially with the hard to please TGP crowd. His new site Drunkslut is turning a respectable 1 in 350 on my site with just a simple banner and a small text link...If you can't do better than that...fire the whole damn group and start over. Remember, even big fish get eaten when swimming with the sharks.

At the time we couldn't commit to the footage for the feeds and we told him sorry this was over a week period. Wow , that was a bigggg deal. He hand wrote a scribbled proposal to us regarding it...I still have it. And for your info we have some good webmasters that are happy with our program, how well is Brad doing on his program? He says his retention is so low so how can he keep it going...hmmmm I wonder. Jennacash is honest with the numbers and will pay based upon TRUE numbers! I would prefer a safe and profitable program over a greedy unscrupulous one.

Actually Fly, site owners tend to share such information amongst themselves IN PRIVATE, not spit out on a public msg board where every cheater under the sun can have a look and decide how to improve on said method of cheating.

I don't care what kind of program you run, it's vulnerable to fraud.
