Jenna, don't do the mistake and not allow foreign webmasters to join. It's not about me since now I don't have time to promote another sponsor, perhaps in the future.BUT, there are so many webmasters outside states and pull HUGE traffic and many of them would like to join your program. You don't have a pay per click program to worry that much for cheaters. Allow webmasters from EVERY country and with some of them if you don't feel comfortable has a rule a delayed payment of 1-2 month like some other sponsors do. Honest webmasters won't have any problem. Look what Lensman does, he runs the largest pay per click affialite on planet (even compared with nonadults i think) and he allows every webmaster. Most of sponsors just copy/paste the Terms Of Service, don't do the same, be unique ;-)
Also, in order to keep subscribers for many months have a live chat once in a week with them (if you don't already have it).

There was a thread by Meni, he said that webmasters from outside USA should fill out the for with "fake" address details, and to email him with their real address, so he could change their details manually...Custom adult games / apps for your paysites.

I've been out of this shit for too long because I think it's wierd that 2 years ago, I never saw anyone use sexcounter... (how long has it been up?) I've never seen anyone push whoacash either... How are they making all this money now? In this biz -- whoever is first to market means a lot -- unless you have vaults of venture cash... Has anyone here used Whoacash or converted them? Until this last convention I had never heard of Whoacash. Maybe I've been been out of things for too long -- but the only counters I ever saw anyone use back a couple of years ago were WSS, Sextracker, XXXCounter, and that crappy Sexhound counter ;) Anyway enough ranting -- I'm just curious how these companies start up out of nowhere and suddenly have tons of money.

BigDog, I promote a certain site that costs $31.90 to join and I get $15 for that signup... but it converts like fucken crazy.
You need hundreds-of-thousands of dollars in capital to be paying per signup on the trial, and many new paysite owners just don't have that --- that is where shaving, cheating and bounced checks start to occur...

A 3 day trial $4.95 and recurring for webmasters program. Don't know who does your cc, but I know alot of webmasters like ccbill, I like the check's every week and they have counters, although
there counters do not tell you were the surfer came from, but at least they have counters.
The counters are a big help to me.
If you want traffic sign up partners and you'll get the traffic.
The chat thing sounds good also, might take alot of your time or just hire someone and let them be JJ for 8 hours.
I know I'll sign up for your program if it's recurring and has third party accounting.
Forgot,,,,I'd be very careful buying traffic.
Am sure there are alot of honest people selling traffic, but like I said I'd be very careful.

Jenna, your site looks good; it has a nice layout and design and should be converting on average 1:250 (with the highest conversion of no more than 1:500). If you are not converting at least this well, then here are some things you should look into:
1. Your processor (1. make sure they are not 'scrubbing' needlessly and are trusted among fellow webmasters)
2. Your affiliate scripts...there were some complaints on one of the 'pissing-match' boards so I don't know how valid the issues are; but it's worth looking into.
3. That the people marketing your affiliate program know what they are doing, are well respected in the business and are delivering what they promised in both support and marketing abilities.
FYI guys?if you check out ClubJenna, you?ll see that she already does a ?weekly live chat? with members.
And I agree that you should offer the trial membership (3 days for $4.95) on affiliate accounts as well. Although paying out $30 a sign-up on trials is costly, you might want to consider doing it when you are ready for some serious affiliate traffic?

I disagree that a program cannot be successful unless it's run by an established player. ClubJenna is very much on the right track and is run by some very sharp dedicated people. And let me make this clear, I don't want to run their program. They don't need it, and we've got enough brewing already.

I would change your processor to someone established in the adult arena,either CCBill(first choice) or IBill. I ran your banner for a couple days and had no confidence in the stats or processor....
No need for a trial, just sell YOURSELF...have someone redesign your site and every place it says "Jenna" replace it with "me,my,or I"...i.e. Chat with Jenna Live/Chat with ME live. It's all about making that horny bastard feel like you're talking to him and he's "special to you", instead of someone talking about what Jenna will do to/for you.
I would also get rid of the exit consoles loaded with leeches and again "SELL Yourself", it's your name, your site, you shouldn't have to rely on getting a remote sale or two. Set that console up to sell some "personally autographed" memorabilia(signed vagina molds/dildos/vidclips/panties or just a glossy 8x10(Limited GFY Numbered of Course)
Talk to Lensman about marketing, he does well, especially with the hard to please TGP crowd. His new site Drunkslut is turning a respectable 1 in 350 on my site with just a simple banner and a small text link...If you can't do better than that...fire the whole damn group and start over. Remember, even big fish get eaten when swimming with the sharks.
