Sportsbook.com Still Fucking With Me.. Still Not Getting Paid My $16,000

FUCK!!!!!!

Its been alomst a month.
Ive faxed them maybe 30 pages of doccumentation to prove who I am as requested.. Every week I fax them more information, and every week more is asked of me.

Drivers Licence, photocopies of the cards used for deposits front and back, Statements from the accounts showing the dates and amounts of deposits with my name and address and bank name.

Sent them letters from the bank for the credit cards I have closed stating that the accounts were mine in the past and that they have been re-assigned new numbers and they are in good standing. Sent them copies of the old statements of these old closed cards with the dates and amounts of the deposits to them.

Sent them photocopies of the NEW cards that the old accounts have been reassigned to.

Have had the Bank themselves send them faxes stating my address and name and status with the bank verifying my checking account.

Ive sent them more than enough shit to Verify my idenity..
This is crazy and VERY VERY concerning now.

Its been a month since I have requested my withdrawl from my sportsbook.com account. I had up to $48,000.00 in there before the world series. Got my ass kicked real real bad and was left with only 16k.. Trying to withdraw it and it is seeming to be an impossible task..

Im very very disturbed by this now..

I faxed them the latest batch of documents last night.
They told me they recieved it, and now they are asking for more stuff!! The only problem is they have already asked me for everything they can and I have sent it!!

THEY ARE ASKING ME FOR THE EXACT SAME STUFF I HAVE SENT THEM ALREADY NOW..

Electronic Guy 11-21-2003 07:59 PM

ok bro, I hope you can get your 16k ( in us dollars I assume). but the chance is THIN.

I know for a FACT im not the only LARGE gambler here at GFY..
Does anyone who bets more than just a few hundred here and there have any expierence with these guys...

I went to them on a reputation basis..
I dont like to do biz with shady small time casinos..
Thus I chose sportsbook..

I dont think they are crooks, but something is very wrong here.
VERY WRONG..

Maybe thier staff is just very very stupid.
Or maybe they really are crooks..
I dont know.

BRISK 11-21-2003 08:01 PM

fuck online gambling, DO NOT trust nobody.
take it from an AZN bro.

boneprone 11-21-2003 08:02 PM

Its unfortunate I dont know any of the big sportsbook owners in the industry. In our industry I know who's who and I can take care of ANYTHING, I mean ANYTHING with a phone call..

With these guys I dont even know who to call.

ITs just scarry.

16k for these guys should be peanuts..

But I used to say that about likewhoa too.

Is THERE ANYONE HERE AT GFY who knows someone..

When I say Someone I mean a somebody...

Somebody who can make a call and get this fixed..

I know Klix And CE Cash had some Gambling sections in thier publications, so I assume someone knows someone..
These gambling sites fucking advertise in our industry publications..

Someone give me a name.

maybe in your state only. My uncle handles at least 1 million in CASH every weekend to pay other small bookies- and he must make a lot of cash from that amount of cash flow too...I guess.

They can make this right if i can get paid and they notice this error. Up till now I thought this "Audit" was legit.

No I have my doubts..
I dont think they want to pay me.

Sportsbook.com is a licensee of EFS International which is an affiliated company of EFS Caribbean. These companies were subsidiaries of Starnet which owned ClubLove.com. I know there adult business was sold off. Im not sure if Starnet is still running the show for there casino business. I would recommend working your way up the chain to the company that is licensing them there casino software.

so who has my money?

sportsbook, EFS International, or EFS Caribbean?

Who do I go after first to try to resolve this.
sportsbook obviously does not want to pay me.

Smokey The Bear 11-21-2003 08:35 PM

Talk to them live and ask them whats up . Maybe if everyone asks them at once why they never paid you they will pay you.

Good question there corporate structure is complex. (for good reason) I only know what I know because we spent 2 years raising venture capital back in 98 to fund our own casino and Starnet was the licensing company were going to use. Im sure with a couple of WhoIs lookups you can track somebody down.

I believe that the merchant (sportsbook.com) handles the money within there own offshore merchant account and they use EFS's gateway system to process the transactions. In the end EFS has control of there cash flow so complaining to them couldn't hurt.

GeXus 11-21-2003 08:35 PM

Dude, just call there 800# 1-800-632-6088

Talk to there accounting or ask who is in charge of cutting the checks.. talk to supervisors and managers... explain what you have gone through and that you want your fucking money..

Youve probebly just been dealing with idiot customer service people who dont know wtf they are doing..

In our industry chargebacks id the consumer's greatest weapon.
Something that indeed we fear and avoid.

Do these casinos fear this as much as we do? And if not what is it that hurts these sportbooks-casinos that they fear the most from a angry customer standpoint?

Is this contacting thier licence people the way to go?

ytcracker 11-21-2003 08:39 PM

When you moved $48,000 into an account didn't you have to fax them a signed agreement? That will help them in a fight against any type of chargeback.

The support people are just basic question and answer people.

My situation is being handled by a seperate panel of people.

truthfully I believe it is EFS that is holding my money.
It seems my messages are being relayed to sportls book to them..

My money seems to not be in sportsbook hands, but in some other account.

I assume maybe EFS?
