Collusion is now a fact: Manafort met with Assange in 2016

This is batshit crazy.

http://rochardsbunnyranch.com/rock/crazy.gif

Turns out Manafort met with Assange multiple times in the Ecuadorian embassy in London. This was in 2013, 2015, and 2016 - while he was chairman of the Trump Campaign. Assange has also had Russian government officials visit him in London.

Seems this was mentioned in the Steele dossier, and now has been confirmed.

This is why Mueller is saying Manafort is lying during the investigation, and why Mueller is now saying Manafort violated their arragenment.

I don't like starting political threads on GFY and try to only do business threads... but this just takes the cake. After two years of denying collusion with the Russian government, we now discover that the chairman of his campaign was secretly meeting with Julian who was working directly with the Russians to expose emails the Russian government hacked.

So far as I am concerned this is treason.

Bladewire 11-27-2018 10:52 AM

Is there proof Manafort ever met with Assange?

The FBI seems to believe so.

Keep in mind there are two sources of information here - what the FBI knows, and what the press has uncovered. The FBI / Muller investigation hasn't told us told us anything, so we have to rely on what the press has uncovered. The Guardian seems to have a "well placed source" which is backed up by documents from Ecuador’s Senain intelligence agency. However, it's safe to assume the FBI knows a lot more.

Then factor in reality. We already know the CIA / NSA tracks every person ever walking into a foreign embassy in any country, so it's safe to assume the CIA / NSA / Whomever already knew Manafort had visisted Julian on multiple occasions. Also.... It's difficult enough to leave the country (Meaning leaving the US) unnoticed, but no matter what.... Plane flights are involved, and somewhere along the line someone had to have paid for all of this. That money either came directly from Manafort (unlikely if he was trying to conceal these trips), the Trump campaign, Wikileaks, or someone in Russia. No matter who paid for it, it's not going to be difficult to track.

It's insane watching this unfold. The chairman of the Trump campaign was working directly with Wikileaks to release information hacked by the Russian government.

Rochard 11-27-2018 11:18 AM

It's entirely possible the Ecuadorian Embassy has turned on Assange and shown The Guardian the ledgers as proof of Manaforts visits :D

Wikileaks REFUTES Fake News from Guardian — Bets $1 Million and Editor’s Head Their Manafort Report is Complete Rubbish

On Tuesday The Guardian from the UK posted a shock report that former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort met with Julian Assange in March 2016-this was before he became Trump’s campaign chair.

The far left Guardian reported:

Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort held secret talks with Julian Assange inside the Ecuadorian embassy in London, and visited around the time he joined Trump’s campaign, the Guardian has been told.

Sources have said Manafort went to see Assange in 2013, 2015 and in spring 2016 – during the period when he was made a key figure in Trump’s push for the White House.

It should be easy enough to verify the meetings if Manafort actually visited the Ecuadorian Embassy.
Right?

And if Manafort met with Assange don’t you think that would have been reported by now?

Wikileaks pounced on the report —
Wikileaks refuted the report calling it one of the great embarrassments in journalism history.

This is going to be one of the most infamous news disasters since Stern published the "Hitler Diaries".

Then Wikileaks bet The Guardian a million dollars that their report is complete trash.

Authors of Bogus Guardian Story About Assange/Manafort Meeting Have Previously Fabricated Stories About WikiLeaks

Rochard is SO intent on believing the fake news narrative, while completely ignoring that the info from Wikileaks has always been 100% genuine. "How dare they release truthful information!" :1orglaugh

Rochard, it's been demonstrated that the the info was not the result of a "hack" by Russians or anyone else. It was a LEAK by someone with access to the server. Someone plugged in a flash drive and copied the data. (Seth Rich had access)

A New Report Raises Big Questions About Last Year’s DNC Hack

decisive findings, made public in the paper dated July 9, concerned the volume of the supposedly hacked material and what is called the transfer rate—the time a remote hack would require. The metadata established several facts in this regard with granular precision: On the evening of July 5, 2016, 1,976 megabytes of data were downloaded from the DNC’s server. The operation took 87 seconds. This yields a transfer rate of 22.7 megabytes per second.

These statistics are matters of record and essential to disproving the hack theory. No Internet service provider, such as a hacker would have had to use in mid-2016, was capable of downloading data at this speed.

Even IF "the Russians" hacked the emails, (which they didn't), who the fuck cares who released the info- what's important is that the corruption and scandals were exposed.

A few of the major news shows had this live on the air so.... My guess is that all of them have been looking at this and had something similar, but didn't have enough to collaborate it. The Guardian seems to have two sources.

I did a little digging and found this story from 2017 where the Ecuadorian president admitted to meeting with Manafort.

Ecuador Admits President Moreno Met with Paul Manafort in April

And here's another story about it from the AP

Correa says Ecuador leader must explain Manafort meeting

Neither of the articles State whether Manafort met the Ecuadorian president at the embassy or in Ecuador or somewhere else but now it is much more believable that manafort that with Assange!

Manafort was dirty from day one. Even before he was involved with American politics and Trump, he was dirty. Nearly everyone around Trump is dirty.

He met with Ecuador's president in 2017 in Ecuador's president verified that meeting happened. Ecuador's president is "conneted to Julian Assange".

But wait, it gets better. LOL.

Remember how Roger Stone claimed he had no inside knowledge of Wikileaks having the emails that Russia hacked? In court documents filed today, Mueller's team revealed the following email exchange between Jerome Corsi and Roger Stone... .

"Word is friend in embassy plans 2 more dumps," Corsi wrote on Aug. 2, 2016, referring to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, according to the draft court papers. "One shortly after I'm back. 2nd in Oct. Impact planned to be very damaging."

LOL. But it gets even better.

Jerome Corsi said in an email that "any attempt to contact Wikileaks directly would put them in the crosshairs of investigators" and then... Then turned around and set up contact with someone in England to handle the flow of information. Then.... Ted Malloch.... Who used to work for Infowars (you read that right!).... Deleted all of his email information!

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/jus...-email-n940611

These people are like Keystone cops. These people have no idea they are leaving trails of evidence to reveal everything. Manafort seems to believe that he could fly to a foreign country and have secret meetings and thought no one would notice. Roger Stone and Jerome Corsi thought they could delete emails and it would remove all trace of what happened. They have no clue.

Well, that's it for me... I'll just wait on the evidence Mueller brings to the court to sink Manafort's ship.

That's going to shake the foundations somewhere.
Going to be interesting to watch Trump's reaction.
But till that has happened, why ponder it much.

But know there is not going to be any fake news to it. It will be a matter of public record like nothing Mueller would be allowed to say or do otherwise.
It's a way to put some information in public eyes without the discretion of the acting AG approval.

Intended to be that way or not, it's got me hook line and sinker to hear what it is.

Assange is a deadbeat liar living off the backs of the Ecuadorian people for free in their embassy for over 6 years.

Assange has no issues filing false court cases in the hopes of winning any kind of money to help sustain him after he's kicked out of the Ecuadorian Embassy and put in the American prison system.

This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump—helped along by Aras and Emin,” Goldstone wrote. “What do you think is the best way to handle this information and would you be able to speak to Emin about it directly?”

Seventeen minutes after Goldstone sent his e-mail, Trump, Jr., replied, “Thanks Rob I appreciate that. I am on the road at the moment but perhaps I just speak to Emin first. Seems we have some time and if it’s what you say I love it especially later in the summer. Could we do a call first thing next week when I am back?” Six days later, Goldstone was sitting in Trump Tower with Trump, Jr., Jared Kushner, Paul Manafort, the Kremlin-connected Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya, her interpreter, and two other Russians—one who worked for Aras Agalarov, and another who had once been a counterintelligence officer in the Soviet military.
