Using white text on a white background on the bottom of your page should do the trick. Btw: please keep that to yourself, not a lot of people have figured out the lorem ipsum trick, a lot less have figured out the white on white trick.

And don't forget to add powertags for higher rankings.

Don-Antonio 11-18-2010 03:55 AM

One of the biggest factors google takes into account when judging your site is familiarity.
Google likes to feel like at home.

AdultKing 11-18-2010 03:56 AM

Don't tell him about the Powertags! sheesh.

not anymore, Google can now detect that. (Since the latest update). It might still work on people with older browsers because they still have the old Google installed, but the new Google on Windows 7 computers will detect black on black.

We should start telling people not to update their Google, so we can keep using the same tricks :)

AdultKing 11-18-2010 03:59 AM

What about the people who use the Mac version of Google ? Perhaps he needs to consider that as Macs are becoming more popular all the time. Oh and now he knows about Powertags perhaps also consider seo friendly logos too ?

B.Barnato 11-18-2010 04:01 AM

i know powertag is once buy ebook on powertags i think i make it work

how is seo logo done? i combine grafic with words, or make it up with single pixels with link?

AdultKing 11-18-2010 04:03 AM

which version powertags are you using ? paste an example of what you do with your powertags.

Machete_ 11-18-2010 04:04 AM

i usually add the "rank codes" to alt text on images

btw, if anyone wants to trade rank codes, hit me up

u-Bob 11-18-2010 04:05 AM

Well, without a Google Powertag API key he won't be able to generate those powertags, so no need to go any further than that... until he's got an API key that is.

u-Bob 11-18-2010 04:11 AM

Looks like they removed the Powertag API application form from heir site, but you can still access the backend directly:

yeah, but they only work if your rename your php files to asp.

Too much work if you've got a bigger site with lots of pages.

Yeah it's alot of work on big sites, thats why you need a pixel tagging script, it does most of the work for you, it even sorts rankcodes on logos.

Did you want one that iterates recursively ? Or did you want one that seperates pixels, tags them and then puts the pixels back together and hiding what you have done from the Google ?

I don't understand. I thought it would have been a logical progression to check for all scenarios.

There are known flaws in the Google cognitive algorithms which make it possible for some of these things to slip through. Google doesn't just see things in shades of gray anymore.

I'm going to do some checking on this. Sounds like I need to change things around a bit.
