How many of you have just one sandwich for lunch?

And what planet are you from? Do you eat a world's strongest man breakfast and that's why you can only handle a sandwich at lunch?

Jace 03-26-2008 06:57 AM

I generally can eat about 3/4 of a cheeseburger

of course even if I could eat more I try and keep it at that as my wife likes being married to a guy that is a normal weight

Jens Van Assterdam 03-26-2008 06:58 AM

My breakfast usually happends to be at arround 11.00am.. so it might be lunch to you. One sandwhich is fine for me.. like to spice it up with some chicken stripes :)

DirtyProfits 03-26-2008 06:58 AM

I normally eat a banana in the morning and then lunch / dinner at 5pm.

LauraLee 03-26-2008 07:00 AM

Yep one sandwich is more than enough. I like to thrown in a fruit too (apples usually).

sexyclicks 03-26-2008 07:01 AM

it's enough if you eat 5-6 times a day

J. Falcon 03-26-2008 07:02 AM

I just ate 2 sandwiches for breakfast.

pornguy 03-26-2008 07:17 AM

I had a piece of toast and cafe con leche for breakfast. Lunch is usually a hot meal, steak or pork or chicken with rice and veggies or something. Then dinner is a smaller meal normally.

What are chicken stripes? Grilled chicken?

Holly 03-26-2008 08:21 AM

I usually don't eat until late afternoon or early evening, which I know is horrible for my metabolism. I need to start eating at regular times. I do it for a couple of weeks, then fall back into the same bad habits.

carol.prime 03-26-2008 08:26 AM

I normally eat noodles and just a cup of coffee every morning. Rice and vegetables in my lunch, I normally do not eat anything every dinner time, I prefer to have some juice.

V_RocKs 03-26-2008 08:29 AM

I usually do some coke and that gets me through without having to eat.

Yesterday I ate one slice of bread and an apple for lunch! I try to eat less than I used to... Not easy to loose weight

CDSmith 03-26-2008 08:49 AM

Depends. What kind of wimpy little wimp sandwiches are we talking about?

Mine have lots of meat, cheese, lettuce, maybe a big slice of tomato or two, mayo, mustard, and are on a nice whole grain bread. One of my sandwiches would fill up most people. When I'm having that for lunch I usually eat two.

lhizy_05 03-26-2008 09:08 AM

glass of juice or tea and 1 sandwich in lunch every other day...

Scott McD 03-26-2008 09:12 AM

I often skip lunch. My times are all fucked up...

~Ray 03-26-2008 09:15 AM

golden grahams

G.A.F 03-26-2008 09:17 AM

I usually have lunch between 1 and 2PM in the office. I take some meal from home (generally what was left from last dinner).
I know I should eat more fruit. But I eat 1 or 2 fruits per week, instead of the 3 fruits someone must eat per day. :upsidedow

Martin 03-26-2008 09:26 AM

I'm going to get me some PHO today.

Eat one large bowl of this stuff and no need for a dinner. You're good till the next day.

D 03-26-2008 09:36 AM

Sandwich, pickle, some form of snack food (handful of cheese nips, or whatever), and a piece of fruit = my typical lunch during the week, unless I have leftover spaghetti, or something else.

More often than not, I'll take it at my desk.

Horny Dude 03-26-2008 09:49 AM

One sandwich is good for me, but the amount of chips with the sandwich are another thing. Love Lays orig chips!!!

pocketkangaroo 03-26-2008 09:57 AM

One sandwich for me but it's a big one. Whole grain bread, half a pound of turkey (sometimes a little more) and some cheese. Usually break it in half and eat one at noon and one at 2pm. Usually fills me up.

Mike Dutch 03-26-2008 09:59 AM

nothing beats some good old cornflakes

woj 03-26-2008 10:31 AM

A normal size sandwich is actually enough for me :thumbsup

uvort 03-26-2008 10:47 AM

Always has to be 2.

sniperwolf 03-26-2008 11:04 AM

Oh thank god. I thought you were a die-hard nip-head and we'd have to throw down. I'm glad you have an open mind and simply haven't tried Cheeze-Its yet.

I heard good things about the tabasco flavored ones, but had a bad experience with the white cheddars so I've been apprehensive.
