I generally can eat about 3/4 of a cheeseburger

of course even if I could eat more I try and keep it at that as my wife likes being married to a guy that is a normal weight

My breakfast usually happends to be at arround 11.00am.. so it might be lunch to you. One sandwhich is fine for me.. like to spice it up with some chicken stripes

I had a piece of toast and cafe con leche for breakfast. Lunch is usually a hot meal, steak or pork or chicken with rice and veggies or something. Then dinner is a smaller meal normally.

I usually don't eat until late afternoon or early evening, which I know is horrible for my metabolism. I need to start eating at regular times. I do it for a couple of weeks, then fall back into the same bad habits.

Mine have lots of meat, cheese, lettuce, maybe a big slice of tomato or two, mayo, mustard, and are on a nice whole grain bread. One of my sandwiches would fill up most people. When I'm having that for lunch I usually eat two.

I usually have lunch between 1 and 2PM in the office. I take some meal from home (generally what was left from last dinner).
I know I should eat more fruit. But I eat 1 or 2 fruits per week, instead of the 3 fruits someone must eat per day.

I do the eating 5-6 times per day thing. I am hypoglycemic so I need to keep food in my system. Plus it's good for your metabolism.

But for lunch, yeah, just 1 sandwich that usually has lots of veggies on it in addition to the meat... No cheese... or leftovers from the night before.

That depends what do you consider a sandwich?

I would only have 1 sandwich cause a sandwich to me is pretty darn big and filling.. and all of that bread is not good for you...

But I would also eat something with the sandwich on the side like chips...

Apparently some individuals survive on this, you see them eat 'em in parks on their lunch break etc. Somehow I doubt these people eat 5 or more meals a day.

No, not at all. I eat lean meats, I don't pile on the cheese but in moderation it's still good for you... and I put a large pile of lettuce and tomato as I said.

I never said my sangy's weren't healthy, I said they were BIG.

And the fact is, I happen to like whole grain breads... rye, 100% wheat, pumpernickel, etc. White bread just doesn't do it for me.
