Joe Sixpack you anal loving Aussie

...what USA hate do you have to spew today. It is not good to hold back as you have been doing. Let it all hang out. You will feel better for it. You other USA haters may as well chime in (like you wouldn't).

Joe Sixpack 02-18-2003 10:39 PM

Joe doesn't like to argue. When things get to hot for him, he will start posting links to polls and news clips.

Shaddap!

PS Do any Americans actually think the Outback Steakhouse has anything to do with Australia? Fools. :1orglaugh

Dirty1 02-18-2003 11:48 PM

Joe I love the Aussies but it's true you have an affinity toward posting vehemently anti-American rhetoric.

You're slow if you haven't figured out why.

Colossal arrogance gives me the shits and for some reason you people have it in spades. If your nation could learn and practice some humility I think you'd be very surprised by the different way you'd be received.

JeremySF 02-18-2003 11:58 PM

Do you really think he thought Outback was Australian? Boy, you aussies are thicker than I thunk....err....

But even if he did, pretty sad that the first company someone would think being Australian would be an American restaurant chain. Don't you have any companies of your own??

Shit, I think AOL-Time Warner lost more money than the
GDP of all of Australia.

Ignorant moron, Australia has a population of 19 million people.

No fucking way.

We keep the best steak and the best beer here for ourselves.

If you come for a visit, try Cascade.

I'm beginning to get the feeling I may have missed your sarcasm....

Jesus. You just lost me. Spoken like a very young person whose country has never really had to shoulder any personal responsibility for anything. Earn a place in world history that doesn't involve wrestling a fucking crocodile and get back to us.

Like I said before, shit for brains, we have a population of 19 million people. You have a population of 290 million people.

Can your tiny intellect figure out the implications of that?

Australia has a population of 19 million and the US has 280 million, so duh!... yes most of our companies are smaller then the big US companies. So I don't know what your statement proves?

But if you want a couple of examples, try:

Try News Corp
The media firm with the greatest global reach.
I believe it owns a few good ol US firms :)
http://www.newscorp.com/index2.html

or maybe:

BHP Billiton
The World's largest mining company.
http://www.bhpbilliton.com/

Are they big enough for you?

Commercials for Fosters here used to say it was known in Australia as "The golden throat charmer" -- Mick dundee himself said it.

I wonder why they pulled those commercials?

Show me where I've ever been arrogant as you people who seem to think it's your god given right to walk all over the rest of the world at a whim, laughing as you go.

And you wonder why people hijack your planes and fly them into your tall buildings? Jesus.

One quick example of your arrogant rhetoric:

"Can your tiny intellect figure out the implications of that?"

And if you think we walk all over the rest of the world at a whim and laugh about it, then you're about as ignorant as you are arrogant.

It's ok, we have Rupert Murdoch feeding them quality viewing on FOX :)
and Australian companies are the ninth largest foreign owners of US assets.

JeremySF 02-19-2003 12:20 AM

Shit, what does that have to do with the fact your GDP was less than AOL-Time Warner's losses? In reality I think your GDP is like $400 billion. AOL-Time Warner lost $100 billion....not *that* far off....

The population of the World's youngest country East Timor might have something to say about that! I believe that the US has been using Australia's peace keeping mission in East Timor as an example of the way other countries can take responsibility for security in their own geo-political region.

So what do you imagine the size of our actual workforce is with a TOTAL population of 19 million?

GDP per capita would be a far more useful statistic, with cost of living factored in of course.

Australia lost more men in WW2 to population than America. Mostly across the other side of the planet defending other people's countries.. we always have.
We liberate the east timorese and recieve terrorist activities like the bali bombing which targetted Australians.
Gain a wider understanding of the world that doesn't involve the TV and get back to us.
