Make all the money you can, do not spend it on anything, the kid is going to consume a lot of money in big chunks, you will have a little time to recover between the periods, your money belongs to the kid if you want a good healthy physical and mental life for the child

Put any BS you have with the mother aside, that will do no one any good.

Learn how to manage your anger if you can, remember she may be trying to trap you by pissing you off, you life is for the kid now so remember this when she starts acting stupid

Push her to get into as many programs as possible so she can learn about health and nutrician, tape record her lying about going or saying she will not, it will show her being an unfit mother and will speak volumes in court, get one of the pocket tape recorders, it is a man's best friend. If she goes then you are golden because your kid will be well planned for at this point, if not then you own her in court.

Start asking others for donations of old baby stuff, your kid does not need to be in brand new everything, they grow fast and all the gifts will be damn near brand new because of it. This will save you LOADS of money but you still will get drained by the kid.

You do not have to give in to her demands, you need to be in a supportive role and keep her mentally happy for the kid but you are not her slave and show her you know the differance between manilulative wants and actual needs, once again tape record these arguments and own her in court if you need to.

Work on ending all your bad habits now, womanizing, drinking, smoking, bad work habits, you are living for the kid not yourself now, this will be that way for the next 22 years or so probably.

This is the stuff I can say from what i have seen and been told, it is great to see you are stepping up, looks like there may be one less kid I have to look over my shoulder for when at the ATM if you keep up your mentality.

What is she supposed to do, act like her daughter is a complete screw-up and a slut? Make her feel like shit, make her resent her pregnancy even more?

Her mom is smart enough to know that a baby SHOULD never be regarded as a catastrophe, but as an unavoidable fact; any damage done is outweighed by the value of the child's life.

Babies are a huge responsibility for a teenager, and a pain in the ass; they can cause you to lose a lot of sleep, which is probably the most stressful part. Despite all of that, they're wonderful and should never be regretted.

Actually if the guy could start working into pornography and make good money that would be his chance.

If her parents are forcing her to have the kid, let them raise it.
