HR Manager at Leading OnlyFans Agency
Job Description
We run a fast-growing OnlyFans agency currently generating ~$1M/month, with a team of ~60 people. In the last 1.5 years we’ve gone from zero to here - and now we need a serious HR Manager to build the hiring + people infrastructure to scale to 8-figures/month by the end of 2026. This is not a “keep things ticking” HR role. This is a build + scale role. You’ll own recruitment and people operations end-to-end, and you’ll be the person who ensures every department has the talent it needs, when it needs it. Working Hours / Setup
