Job Description
We run a fast-growing OnlyFans agency currently generating ~$1M/month, with a team of ~60 people. In the last 1.5 years we’ve gone from zero to here - and now we need a serious HR Manager to build the hiring + people infrastructure to scale to 8-figures/month by the end of 2026.
This is not a “keep things ticking” HR role. This is a build + scale role. You’ll own recruitment and people operations end-to-end, and you’ll be the person who ensures every department has the talent it needs, when it needs it.
Working Hours / Setup
- Remote
- Full-time (40 hours/week minimum)
- Must work within 9am–9pm GMT (flexible on specifics)
- Start date: 26th Jan
The Mission (Core Outcome)
Your job is to remove people as a bottleneck to growth - both by hiring great talent and by optimising the team we already have.
You will build a simple, repeatable “people machine” that consistently delivers:
- Fast, high-quality hiring across departments
- A clean pipeline + screening system (so we don’t waste time)
- Onboarding + role clarity + accountability so new hires stick and perform
- Performance management + development for the current team (feedback loops, standards, coaching, retention)
- Clear reporting so leadership always knows what’s happening (hiring pipeline, time-to-hire, retention, performance issues, wins)
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring decisions (often ~15 hires/month)
- Hiring infrastructure: ATS/process, scorecards, trackers, documentation, reporting
- Onboarding systems (training content exists — your job is structure + execution)
- HR SOPs + policy documents
- Culture, retention, disputes/discipline
- Payroll admin / contractor management
- Coach team leads on hiring, systems & people management
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in HR / recruiting / people ops
- Fast, organised, direct - you don’t need hand-holding
- You build systems, not just “do tasks”
- You can recruit across multiple functions (chat/sales agents, marketing staff, VAs)
- Adult industry experience strongly preferred - must be comfortable with explicit creator business context
