Sorry, but I'm with Labret on this one. When I hear a name like "Tamika" or "Sherita" or "LaQuanda" it doesn't exactly drum up images of Masters degrees.

However, I think the same thing about "white" names like "Jeb" and "Cletus".

Still, I think if Jeb or Tamika sent me a resume with the right qualifications, I would at least contact them.
