I aint gonna lie, sisters have some funky ass names.... But I can tell you that article is full of shit.. I have all kinds of people here, Russian.. YakatrinaI cant even spell her last name.. I have a Bi, a Tou Lee, and a Hongguang. I think we cover all nationalites here except for African American. I did hire a black guy two weeks ago named Woodler and he never showed up for his first day. I have nothing against peoples names or races at all. I just hire whoever is the best for the job.
You think if I went to China with the name Mike I would get a ton of call backs on job opps? probably not.. So I would change my name to fit the culture. (Bruce Lee) haha.. Yakatrina who works here changed her name to Kate, Tou Lee changed his to Mark, and Bi changed his to Peter.
