I don't know so much about the details in US policy, but I learned that it was Clintons policy that originally made people investing more than they could pay back. On short it benefits the economy (and Clinton) but not sustainable.

True. People are flippin crazy and stupid when they disagree with you.

The fact that the "crazy bitch" did as well as she did should tell you something other than people are stupid.

It will be interesting to see how these TP-backed members vote on defense spending bills.

Like every other politician, I predict they will start making exceptions for this and that, which will make them ... gasp ... a typical politician.

Did I say anything about disagreeing with me? Disagree if you like, but at least backup your disagreement with information that shows her ideas aren't extreme.

People voting for her, proves far less about 'something' else, and shows greatly how stupid people are when it comes understanding what her whacked out ideas could have done, damage wise to our Country and Nevada.

I would love to hear the educated reasoning behind voting against one person that may not be doing the best job and for another person with extremely different views that do not match the people she is attempting to represent.

So unless Nv is the craziest ass group of people, ever... they almost voted a person in that totally doesn't Represent the real view points of the people.

That... is stupidity at its finest.

I don't disagree that she is out there. Would I have voted for her? No. If she was elected would she have any real power? No. She would have been sitting on the sidelines and would be done in six years.

So... I guess you can vote for this woman because you can't stand Reid or you can vote for Reid because you can't stand this woman. They are one in the same. But you say that people should continue voting for a person that they can't stand, just because the alternate is something they don't know and probably more "extreme?"

People constantly talk about voting for the lesser of two evils. Some people think she is a lesser of those two evils. People thought the same thing in 2004 when they voted for Kerry (who lost) and many thought the same in 2008 when Obama won. Those are all crazy stupid people, too?

I really don't get it. In 2008 everyone was on board with Hope, Change, and drastic changes. Now a few Tea Party folk make a run, that will most likely never turn into anything substantial at all, and "oh my God, idiots everywhere!"

People are pissed off. Still. If you don't like your politician, you vote them out. That's how it works. A lot of times the alternate really sucks. You piss your people off enough, regardless of how terrible the alternate is, you get booted. Mike Castle learned that the hard way, Reid made it through... now you have to wonder if he will make changes or stay the same. My guess is stay the same and retire in six years. Not a bad option for him. Shitty for the people.

I saw one pundit make a point for keeping the bastards versus throwing out the bastards. I dont know if I agree with it, but it was this.

Would you prefer the old dog who knows exactly where all of the bones are buried, or a new dog who will tear up the entire yard?

So far you are +4 R since 2004.

Also, Obama got a lot of people off their ass that voted straight D. Unless there is some major fuckup before 2012 that will most likely happen again.

Oh, and while we're on politics. The entire country has been trending D for a long time now. Enjoy these victories while you can, the youngsters are getting older every day and they are much MUCH more liberal than their parents and grandparents. Then of course there's the old racist Republicans that are dying daily.
WRONG, democrat numbers have been going down in a big way, GOP is growing a little, independent in a huge way, where do you get your info, Cracker Jacks Prize?

I've heard that argument a lot. I've thought a lot about it.

I'd rather have a hungry dog looking for a bone than a fat dog sitting on the edge of the yard laughing while the hungry dog digs. If the hungry dog is too stupid to find that bone, we'll find another dog.

What just happened is people are pissed because they all expected Obama boy to flip a fucking switch and everything would be better. What the general public doesn't understand is that this is going to take a long time to get better, maybe a decade. When 2012 rolls around everything will still be crappy, and then the Dems can blame the Republicans.

In the mean time, both sides will just continue to fight each other. Business as usual.

Umm.... the Tea Party movement in this election was a complete fail at everything other than yelling.

They kept the Republicans from taking a good bit more of the right power. The Tea Party won in the places that it was without question expected as the opposition had totally dropped the ball, outside of some local areas - it was a huge bust for the Tea Party.

If you're standing behind the TP now, you're getting laughed at.

People should be voting based on the politician that can represent those people, the closest. That's what this election is about....

She is far right of even the Conservative base, yet drew Dem/lib votes and Rep - yet Her views don't align with any of them. And you're right - it would be 6 years of nothing, vs... 6 years of influence. It's even more crazy.

2008, Obama, even Kerry - represent a major group of people. Those people voting that way, supported what was said - supported - what - he - said. With Reid vs. Angle, people don't agree with Angle - but they voted for her anyway.

That's just crazy....

When 2012 rolls around everything will still be crappy, and then the Dems can blame the Republicans.

In the mean time, both sides will just continue to fight each other. Business as usual.
GOP winning the house gains seats on powerful commitees, it's going to be intersting to watch.

The GOP's approval numbers are in the toilet along with the democrats, they couldn't have pulled off what they did without the Tea Party. I just love that they stuck up for what they believed in.
Just because Harry Reid barely won over a extreme person like Angle is your proof that the Tea Party have no power? guess you haven't been paying attention
And that they didn't win in California, remember, California is like 13 to 1 democrat

totally incorrect. but what would a loser from the left say on a day like today?

pennsylvania and ohio, both swing states, got rid of their democratic governors and elected republican ones.
florida, another key state gets a republican governor AND the tea party candidate takes the senate seat.
obama's former senate seat snatched away by republicans.
Russ Feingold, wonderboy of the left for the last 18yrs trounced by the tea party candidate.

the inept and uneducated left can't see the writing on the wall.

This country is actually much more moderate then the media displays us as. The media just focuses on the extremes and the fear mongering

So as I said...The Tea Party did pretty much nothing outside of sure wins when the goal was to give them a voice - they got crap.

I'm not sure why you're talking about Republicans... I clearly said this was a bust for the Tea Party.

Give 12clicks a break. His lack of ingenuity is obviously causing constipation leading to a deficit of gold popping out of his ass. Being the incorrigible egoist he is, his only refuge is to support the party that will offer him the greatest tax breaks.

I don't know what Vendzilla's problem is though. Is it just a coincidence that he runs the official site for a pornstar notorious for her unwillingness to perform interracial?

Ah, the "I fucked a black man once" defense, a variation on the ever so popular "I have a black friend" defense. Your raging insecurity is a lot more revealing than any of my insinuations.

You are a lame excuse for a human being for thinking you know anything about Briana.

Your insinuation was that he worked for an allegedly racist porn star because that he himself is racist.

I'm sure you can do better than that.

Congrats Sly, want a cookie? It was far-fetched, completely ridiculous but I'm sure I couldn't do better than that as there is no rational reason for Vendzilla reducing himself to moron status which he continued to perpetuate with his pathetic defensiveness.

If you hate one person that's black, you're a racist, is that what your little brain is trying to tell everyone?

Dude, you better explain why I'm a racist, or shut the fuck up! My native american ancesters would love to know!
