Thank you. And in regards to your comment about fruits and vegetables, that was one thing that put me off the only low carb diet that I looked in to. I can't recall which one it was, but it was pretty anti fruits/veggies.

yeah, it's pretty amazing when i read that sort of "information"!

esp. in regards to fruit, A LOT of bad advice out there about it.
