You have no proof you ever sent them a damn thing or that they received it when using email. The whole notion of using email for this sort of thing is ridiculous. If you have a lot of money tied up, get a lawyer. If you don't want to do that consider sending the email as well as sending certified letters with some sort of return receipt so that you have some proof.

In the real world if someone shut up shop owing me a considerable sum of money I would hire a lawyer. Don't fall for these delaying tactics. We have seen these responses before from companies who closed up shop and who years later never paid out.

Epassporte is obviously hoping they can hold out hope long enough to defer and then make useless any legal action against them and the principals of the business.

I've successfully withdrawn every penny I had in epassporte. While I think its a bit shady we can't see balances, I know what i had and took it.

ePassporte isn't paying anyone, your accounts will be useless as no funds will ever get to them.

I am yet to hear of anyone receiving their wires and I have posted in other threads good reasons why it is unlikely they will pay out.

Do you really think ePassporte is sitting on more cash and security than people held in their accounts ? Even banks don't have secured funds on hand to cover a run on accounts.

1.) Little late to lawyer up ? who to collect from and how to get service for any legal action or lawsuit is muddled for a dissolved corporation as ePassporte NV is.

2.) It's all in Dutch ? however Curaçao Government Official Website ? look for email or other addresses of the Ministry of Justice ? its Prosecuting Attorneys, the Police and Financial Regulators and make complaints ? try to get some governmental heat applied. A warrant for the arrest of the parties involved in the ePassporte fraud ( if intent to defraud could be proven ...) would be a good start.

Instead of uploading wire request form to epassporte member area - so every authorized epass user can download/fill/submit it?
