I totally agree with you, but there is a law governing patient medical record confidentiality. False positive is with Clamidia and gonorrhea, not HIV. With HIV, you have it or dont.

I understand that you may have your set of issues with AIM, but at this time this is all we have. You always have the choice to never use AIM and ware a condom and always shoot with a condom. Then you wont have any one to call or any test to check ever.

Because there are privacy laws about releasing people medical records. The penalties for such violations are lawsuits, fines, and people loosing their medical licensees and permits to do business.

I knew the day before the shoot about the HIV quarantine. Tue. is when the story went public. The girl had a brand new phone with a brand new number. She had no idea. I was the one that had to break it to her. It was obvious that she had no idea. It really sucked but had to be done.

Me and Porno Dan knew of 2 people that were on the quarntine list and used the AIM online data base and the list of people that our friends worked with to start compiling a list of who was on the quarantine list.

We cross referenced everyone who worked with our friends against the AIM data base. If they were pulled from the data base, they were on the list. Then we crossed those names with who we knew who worked with who.

Was easy to figure out who patient zero was. Just happened that the 1st people we stated cross referencing had contact with patient zero. And we new patient zero was a bi-performer.

AIM did there job and did it well. I knew everything with details the day before.

I contacted friend in this industry to give them a heads up the day before it went public.

Dukeskywalker, Baddog and a few others got an ICQ from me the day before all of this went public. They can confirm that i knew 1 day before it went public.

So when i tell you something, it is backed by facts, not bullshit speculations. If it is speculations, i will label it as that.

it happends... humans make mistakes...

I did not know about the lawsuits etc etc.. like I said I was always under the impression we signed away rights when we tested for aim...

I dunno... it just does not seem right to me personally I dunno.... if I tested pos for hiv I would be the first person to post up a fucking website stating that I did so...
