I check every test and if the seal is fucked with or i have slight doubt or questions, i check online.
When there is a situation like this, i only check online or get verbals until there is no quarantine.
Because at the end of the day, it is my ass on the line if i did not use due diligence to check all tests of all of the performers i use.
Getting sued, fined or worse, the company that im shooting for sued or fined, would seriously suck!

I totally agree with you, but there is a law governing patient medical record confidentiality. Furthermore, the government looks at HIV and a disability and that brings up a whole new set of fucked up rules and regulations. That law is not going to change so discussing "should of, would of, could of" etc. is a waste of time.

I dont fuck around when i work. As silly as it seems, i feel that what ever company i am shooting for, im there representing them and their best interests.
Banging these girls off camera isn't going to further my clients interests and in my opinion it causes serious problems when these girls end up talking.
This to me is a job. A job where there is a lot to do to keep the quality high. No time to chase tale and with so many dirty girls out there, it makes it easy to abstain from fucking with the talent.
I have never fucked around on my set or any other directors set. And when i did bang talent off camera from meeting them at parties and through friends, i was tested and i knew they were tested and if i did not know, i wore a condom.
Yes condom are an option.

False positive is with Clamidia and gonorrhea, not HIV. With HIV, you have it or dont.
I understand that you may have your set of issues with AIM, but at this time this is all we have. You always have the choice to never use AIM and ware a condom and always shoot with a condom. Then you wont have any one to call or any test to check ever.

Worked out? If you call AIM getting the shit sued out of them for listing people in 2004, i bet AIM would disagree with you on that solution.
Because there are privacy laws about releasing people medical records. The penalties for such violations are lawsuits, fines, and people loosing their medical licensees and permits to do business.

Im not trying to be right or be an authority on anything. I know what the rules are and i know what the penalties and consequences for not following those rules.
These rules are not difficult or hard to follow, but if you are at ground zero and you are one of the reasons or causes of that particular issue, it will suck big time.
Dont ask me, just ask TT Boy. He got fined heavily and the shit sues out of him a few times due to his failure to act or check things on 2004.
