A bunch of people here are a shilling I tell you.

Seems they're going so far as to give CashX red rep.

So what's with the animosity? So the chief Jew sells penis pill, big deal. In comparison, you don't even know who runs other payment services and what they used to do before that. Chris Mallick was a scammer way before ePass - no one gave a shit.

Naturally people are going to be wary of every new payment system. No one is holding a knife to your throat, asking you to keep your retirement money in there. Just receive cash and withdraw it right away.

The industry needs a new payment system, and unless we give someone a chance it's not gonna happen. Im not biased, but Paxum just happens to appear better than the competition.

For small amounts it's easy to have some ATM card to withdraw the funds. Especially if you're in Europe for example.

I never keep more then 1k in any ewallet, just take it out the same day you received it.

What happened with that list was not an intentional thing. People are acting like we killed the president or some crap. Errors happened and it was fixed very fast. I understand people being weary due to the whole epassporte issue, but we (Paxum) seem to be the #1 target of everyone's bashing. PR is not the bad one for making a thread about this. I fully understand why they would make a thread about this, but do you honestly think that we would do something like this intentionally to hopefully get more people to sign up with us knowing full well that any sponsor/company that's not actually signed up with us or using us would come on here and make a thread such as this one?

That would be a very idiotic business move on our part. This was a huge mix up which we have fixed and we will make 100% sure that it never happens again. I know that what I say won't make much of a difference, but this is just my

in all honesty, yes I think they would do it intentionally.

you guys (paxum reps) have been going around telling affiliates to go tell the companies they promote to add paxum.

you have been making announcements about "big companies" that will be using paxum soon.... why not just wait till you can name the company instead of the " big company soon" crap which may or may not happen.

you are doing everything you can to try to make sponsors think they need you, and affiliates think that the "big" sponsors are adding you. So to put a list of big companies up to try to further this agenda, really isn't a big leap considering the approach you have taken on this board.

and I don't know what is worst, if you did it on purpose or not. If you really didn't intend to do that but fuck up little things like that, god help you handling people's money. Where you have zero room for error.

You are not someone who should be representing a new alternative pay method desperate for credibility. Their drastic attempt to establish credibility is being set back immensely by your posts.

You understand people are "weary", but I think the word you're looking for is "leery".

Your grammar is absolutely horrendous. I wouldn't trust you with an empty soda bottle, let alone my hard earned money.

I'm sure you're a nice guy though.

I can understand it may not have been intentional (of course the only people who can say that are you guys so there's no way for us to know for sure, so moot issue), but even if it was unintentional, it was something fallacious on the website that would naturally benefit Paxum, and PR and the other sponsors would have a right to not be happy about their companies being on that list if they're not using you. I do applaud you guys for fixing it fairly quickly, but just was wringing that asshole's neck for getting on PR's case for complaining about it.

Carry on.

It's disturbing to see so many people blindly flocking to these brand new payment companies which have virtually no reputation. I guess these are desperate times. I wish all sponsors just payed via check. There are still a few sponsors that don't, which forces some webmasters to use these shady ass b2b payment companies.

If all the trolls bashing Paxum spent that time on work they would have earned minimum monthly payout somewhere by now, and would actually appreciate a card. Paxum, CashX, Payoneer, EMC2, wherever... I don't care as long as it works for you

Stop the fucking mindless bashing. If you gonna bash, at least pick a topic that matters. Like what is done to ensure site security and individual account integrity. From an affiliates pov that is something that matters. Paxum is new, without any track record, yes, it's an undisputed fact, move the fuck on. Sponsors, big and small, do their due diligence and make their decisions regardless of what you dipshits say or feel. If a sponsor feel they need at least some track record before they move, fine. It's an argument that has to be respected.

"I took a screenshot" Wtf! Is this kindergarten all over again? What are you gonna do? Sue because they erroneously sent you some new affiliates that thought it was great that you offered Paxum payments?

Steve Perry is a nice guy I'm sure too, but would you trust him with your money and enough personal information to create a new you? Him and RuthB (who's only claim to fame is working for an affiliate program that couldn't cut it and just disappeared one day) post the most idiotic and nonsensical responses I've ever seen from people who supposedly represent a financial services company. If I have time later, I'll make a montage of stupid Paxum rep. quotes. If Octav was as smart as a businessman as he claims to be, he should shut these monkeys up and just let their actions as a service provider speak for themselves over time. Paxum really so far has all the markings of a fly-by-night operation.

One last thing I've been meaning to point out to all the Paxum reps (this isn't a criticism, it's more advice):

The way most of you post on here, you sound like you have been with the company for years, through good and bad times, grew up with the founder, fought together overseas ,etc... You are ready to throw your names and reputations on the line for them and fight the good fight against all the haters.

The thing is, you guys have been with them for what? 2-3 months at most?

Do your job professionally, work hard - I'm not saying not to do any of that.

However, my advice to you all is, don't put yourselves on the line in that kind of way until you have been with them longer and know exactly how the company and owners operate.

The last thing you'd want is to wind up a scapegoat with nothing to show for it but a few bucks an hour

Everyone sign up for Paxum!

Please do.

I'm changing my stance. If nothing bad happens, great. If something bad happens then maybe you'll go out of business and I'll have one less competitor.

Paxum

I'll stick to wires and checks.

There are a plethora of grammatical and punctuation errors in your words. Would you sign a loan document at a bank with the amount of errors and level of professionalism that is your writing?

Honest question?

My message to the rest stands; it goes to anyone actually - you should never push something in a personal manner, unless you have had proper time to actually believe in it / become a part of it.

Meh...I can't fault them for that. If you have an employer who is telling you to help instill confidence/trust in the brand in a community, what else are you going to do? My issue is more with the people who aren't designated as employees who are doing it, especially the fake nick roaming here who's posts thus far are 90% either selling people on Paxum or selling people against one of the other services.

You should do so by letting the service stand upon its own merits. Present the facts, say things like "I haven't been here long, but from what i can see so far, things are run well", etc...be direct and honest about it and I dare say more and more people appreciate that approach. The suave salesman approach works less and less in today's markets.

If I see someone, with a new company that's barely a month old, saying how it's awesome and the best company they have ever worked for, would never screw anyone and so forth... I would stay away and think less of that person and anything they may do in the future.

It's like how I never trust someone who frequently says "trust me" in their day-to-day speech

I imagine for most people, even an average job with reasonable pay that seemed to be okay would be far better than anyone they've worked for. I had 1 day job ever and the company was a fucking mess, so if I got a job at McDonalds tomorrow, it'd probably be "awesome" and they'd be "the best company I've ever worked for", which is why I don't work for anyone else. The sad thing is I didn't realize how shitty of a job it was until I was no longer in it because I had dedication to who I was working for...which is what Ruth et al have, which again is not really a fault even for a new company.

Put it like this - with how jobs/the economy are right now, if you had a reasonable-paying day job vs. working for yourself and your employer asked you to help instill trust in them, would you say "I'll do what I can but I have to be tentative because I haven't worked for you long"? They'd be like "k, we'll find someone else for $10 an hour who'll be happy to do what we need, thanks." Yes, driven by true merit someone wouldn't do that, but most people are in tough positions right now and won't think twice about it. Heck, if things get any worse, Achmed might suck a dick for 2 rocket launchers.

Well, Paxum made BIG mistake in trying to steal credibility from a huge name like PR - Not cool!
That was one mistake (let's call it a mistake, even if it may have been intentional, after all, it COULD be true and an honest mistake)

Now you write all over, and come accross as a bit rough around the corners and maybe not that well educated. And you make mistakes in your writing all over the place. That's two mistakes.

Ruth didin't know the difference between a form and a memo two or three pages ago. That's three mistakes.

There seems to be a little TOO many mistakes, too many uneducated people around to really spark confidence.

I know one of the competitiors has these onboard already:
WebCams.com
AEBN
Streamates
FriendFinder
and I hear that one of the largest cam companies is in the process of joining/implementing right now.

Hard to compare one specific sponsor to another, but I would definitely say that among the above mentioned there are one or more industry leaders. I do not really see the same weight among the ones onboard with Paxum right now, yeah there are TopBucks and Vidz, I noticed but the list above still wins in my world.

The competitior is not mentioned, because I'm not here to push them. I really think Paxum should consider how you are marketing, if the brand is associatated with people who are prone to mistakes, it doesn't really infuse any credibility.

Paxum needs to hire one more board rep, one that knows how to promote them and do damage control specifically on adult wm message boards, as well as effective troll control, of which there is a lot of in this very thread.

Hmm, I wonder who would fit the bill?

I bet 1/2 the paxum supporters on this board are either fake nick or paid to say good things about paxum and bad things about their competitors.

I just saw CashX have red negative reps, this doesn't make sense.

I doubt it. I'd be much more willing to consider it if they ran it. I have history with them

Kindergarten is more like saying that companies are using your services when they are not.

Move on... ? it's GFY.... don't come here whoring for customers in practically every thread and then be upset when some people don't like what you are offering or what you are saying.

Just the same, if Paxum doesn't like it they can move on and go whore another board.

The fact of the matter is, if Paxum would have had their shit together, wouldn't have slammed the board so hard and understood how to talk to people, be upfront with them, made opportunities out of issues instead of bigger messes, they would be smelling like a rose right now. Unfortunately for them you only get 1 first impression.

It's all in the way you handle yourself, the way you come across and how you deal with people. They could have done things so much better. For starters, paying to advertise here would have been a better gesture then a bunch of reps whoring and would have shown people they could at least afford the price to advertise vs a free ride trying to pluck people from the board.

It is not serious for a supposed "payment processor" to list sponsors who pay via their service.

Seriously, it is not serious at all.

Makes them look like an amateur site run from a basement...

Few days ago they told me in this forum that MasterCard must approve any changes to their site, even if it's small...

I still don't see why they removed the word MASTERCARD form their main site.

But anyway, did MASTERCARD approve to list adult sponsors on their home page?? STRANGE, seriously.

Check this:

http://webcache.googleusercontent.co...&hl=en&ct=clnk

On Sep 22 it showed MASTERCARD.. not anymore... STRANGE.
