Hello everybody,

First again, truly sorry for my english I speak French,

It is the 7 october now, no matter where the Visa server are located in United states it's 7 october everywhere. I go to different bank and atm service try my card, NOTHING work at all.. I would like to know if you try ? what is the result for you ?

Also, I would like to tell everybody, in the futur NO solution like epassporte will be able to exist for a long period. I go see different lawyer specialise in banking, offshore banking, I also have meeting with powerfull bank director in suisse and Panama, Your president in United States Ms Obama, have put aaaaaaaaaaa lot of money in citibank who buy offshore bank and make partener ship in all offshore country. So most of offshore place now need to open they secret about customer, Even Suisse who is the most powerfull place in the world to have secret money, need to gave to United State, 300 account number, name on it, money on it, statements of all transaction.

Obama need money , he will try to catch every one in united states who use online paiement.

So any online paiement will got the same problem one after another..

Are you the one who posted a balance of 250k or something? I would not bother with the atm i would call and request a wire,are you gonna withdraw 320 per day for the next 2 years?

Call them as soon as possible and send in the verification docs im sure they will need becuase of your high balance.

Yes , For ANYBODY who have money no matter if it is on the wallet OR in the visa virtual account in 24 hour I will have a strong good news or a bad news .. but beleive me St-Kitts director bank will have some important decision to take, I know now the true story about epassporte I know now what really append, when my lawyer told me .. (and by the way he really to me that .. In french of course)

Here the translation:

Anyone with over something like 10k in the account has to get verified by them, that might be why your card is not working. That being said I have just over 2k in mine only but haven't tested it yet. It might start working when the bank opens.

I don't think there's any specific limits for the verification thing needed. Some people require it for 3-4-5K etc. I am sure there's some criteria though.
