Are you the one who posted a balance of 250k or something? I would not bother with the atm i would call and request a wire,are you gonna withdraw 320 per day for the next 2 years?

Call them as soon as possible and send in the verification docs im sure they will need becuase of your high balance.

Yes , For ANYBODY who have money no matter if it is on the wallet OR in the visa virtual account in 24 hour I will have a strong good news or a bad news .. but beleive me St-Kitts director bank will have some important decision to take, I know now the true story about epassporte I know now what really append, when my lawyer told me .. Anyone with over something like 10k in the account has to get verified by them, that might be why your card is not working. That being said I have just over 2k in mine only but haven't tested it yet. It might start working when the bank opens.

I don't think there's any specific limits for the verification thing needed. Some people require it for 3-4-5K etc. I am sure there's some criteria though.

They don't get all the money, 1.50 to the atm/bank you're getting your money from, then 1.50 to St kitts...and there is visa's cut in between all this.
