		 For about 3 years I ran 20+ miles a week then my ankles started giving me problems.  Now I do low impact, either walking or elliptical.  Some free weights, pushups, pullups and situps.  I'm 6'2" 195lbs.

		 love running but you only get maybe 6 good weather months to run here in Boston. Tried running through a couple of winters here and didn't want to risk an ankle injury.
