		60% of Americans and about the same Aussies are fat fucks, I mean, classified as obese. 
 
That's par for the course as a webmaster, sitting on your fat ass all day. 
 
So it makes it all the more important to get out and about and do some exercise. 
 
I hate gyms, they are typically full of posturing testosterone laden steroid fucktards.  
 
When the water warms up, I'll be back on my board in the ocean, or doing laps in the local pool down the beach too, on top of the running.
