They are out of Belize and issue a Mastercard with a $4000 limit. They are the best I have found for foreign transfers of funds into the US. I see a couple foreign sponsors have also just this week added them.

Question 1: What is eCoin.cc system intended for?

Answer: eCoin.cc company is not a bank. Question 2: How can I register in the system?

Answer: To register in the system you should fill out a registration form on Open an account page. After you have done that, you should pass primary registration. Your status is “NEW”. This status allows you only to send a message to the support service and get a reply from them. You can not receive payments onto your account. You can not make payments from your account. You can not order a card for withdrawing funds at ATMs.

To get status “ACTIVE” you must:

1) have a verified email box (during registration you will get a special code to your email box, and enter it into the profile);
2) upload your passport scan through your profile (600 DPI definition)
3) upload your secondary ID scan through your profile: driver’s license, travel passport, etc (600 DPI definition);
4) upload scan of your passport page with address proof;
5) upload Form W8-BEN (must be filled out).
You can upload documents only in TIFF, JPEG or PNG format.

After we have accepted the due diligence – you will get status “ACTIVE”.

But otherwise they seem like perhaps a poss alternative to Epass. Foreign sites are always a bit weird in some aspects to us in the US but they seem like an alternative and several foreign sponsors use them.

Any opinions or experiences please?

Whoops, don't know who you think "everyone" is --- but everyone does not necessarily think that Payoneer sucks... especially now that the cold hard reality that they're not getting their money back from epass has set in.

You have to match the foreign sponsor with the pay service and I havent seen that many with Payoneer. But I only use a couple foreign sponsors.

I'm just going to bite the bullet and take the high minimum with the wire.

Fuck all these transfer services. If it isnt REAL easy to join like EP was then forget it.

Nothing could be worse than talking to some guy in Bumfuck Wherever on the phone cause something is messed up.

Gonna take my chances with higher minimum wires. Which means only my best foreign sponsors go forward.

Bullshit! I signed up there 2 weeks ago, my account is verified, I already received payouts to my ecoin account and the plastic card is ordered. And I'm not from Russia, not from any other country behind the former iron courtain nor do I speak or understand Russian.

Also, why does their website look shady as fuck? Because it doesn't have any professional shiny design? Because it's in Russian? They offer loads of great services which I couldn't find at any "western" payment service, they offer live support (in English, Russian and German) through an own chat system or ICQ. Oh, and you are able to keep your funds for the plastic card in a real bank account - looks much more secure to me than epassporte, for example. If they close shop, the bank will most likely still be there.

But then again, being from Russia equals being shady for most bromasters in here, so nervermind

That's $72 a year for the card and an account at a real bank. At ePass you pay $35 each year just for the card and the money is only available through ePass, but not directly through St. Kitts bank.

Fair deal I'd say.

Answer: It takes 3-4 banking days to have a check cashed after it has arrived to the given address. eCoin.cc company has a right to hold payment on the check in case the check is regarded as a suspicious one (check forgery, stealing money from the accounts, and so on). Payment on the check can be suspended for a term required to get the confirmation from the issuer of the check.

Can't confirm this yet, but I changed my CCBill info to their US office recently, so I hope I can tell you soon if it works and how long it takes. But I guess it won't be any problem, as they seem to do this for years already.

Hmm, that's strange. I'm also not from Russia but living in European Union and my account was approved and I'm now waiting for my card to arrive. However they wanted me to provide them with the URL's of my main sites and the ID of at least one affiliate program working together with them. Which is actually a good sign imo, as it shows they do a bit of due diligence when it comes to clients, too. After that I was approved.

However, I did that through live support. So, if you're still interested to join them, try that instead of a ticket.
