ecoin.cc - Worldwide money transfer system similiar to Epassporte - Anyone using them?

They are out of Belize and issue a Mastercard with a $4000 limit. They are the best I have found for foreign transfers of funds into the US. I see a couple foreign sponsors have also just this week added them.

Keypoints from: http://ecoin.cc

eCoin.cc is a system of momentary transfers of monetary funds online. The funds can be transferred within the system from one client’s account to another one. You can pay for online services such as web-design or web-hosting.

eCoin.cc helps users to receive paper checks from foreign partnership programs, or to receive other money transfers done in the form of a paper check. The checks are cashed in a US bank. It takes 2-5 banking days to cash a check. For partnership programs we provide an operation of issuing checks and sending them off. eCoin.cc will also assist you in receiving and cashing Money Orders. The funds from eCoin.cc system can be withdrawn to WebMoney system, ePassporte, and other kinds of e-currencies. This operation is available for registered users only.

eCoin.cc facilitates cashing bank transfers. This option will help those who need to receive a bank transfer, and who don’t have a personal bank account. eCoin.cc will receive a bank transfer onto its bank account, and after that you will be able to request your funds to be withdrawn in any way convenient for you such as a plastic bank debit card, WebMoney, ePassporte, and other kinds of e-currencies. This operation is available for registered users only.

eCoin.cc assists in receiving an offshore personal plastic debit card for purchasing in the Internet, and withdrawal at ATMs. This option is available for registered users only. The issuing bank is located in an offshore zone.

eCoin.cc company is not a bank. This system is intended for assisting users in receiving wire transfers, paper checks, Western Union transfers, Webmoney transfers, ePassporte and other currencies, and further withdrawing funds to plastic cards bought in eCoin.cc, to a personal bank account of the customer, to ePassporte or WebMoney. In special cases, after negotiating with the support service a wire transfer to a company account is also possible

FAQ (partial) from: http://ecoin.cc/faq/

Question 1: What is eCoin.cc system intended for?

Answer: eCoin.cc company is not a bank. This system is intended for assisting users in receiving wire transfers, paper checks, Western Union transfers, Webmoney transfers, Fethard and other currencies, and further withdrawing funds to plastic cards bought in eCoin.cc, or to a personal bank account of the customer. In special cases, after negotiating with the support service a wire transfer to a company account is also possible.

Question 2: How can I register in the system?

Answer: To register in the system you should fill out a registration form on Open an account page. After you have done that, you should pass primary registration. Your status is “NEW”. This status allows you only to send a message to the support service and get a reply from them. You can not receive payments onto your account. You can not make payments from your account. You can not order a card for withdrawing funds at ATMs.

To get status “ACTIVE” you must:

1) have a verified email box (during registration you will get a special code to your email box, and enter it into the profile);
2) upload your passport scan through your profile (600 DPI definition)
3) upload your secondary ID scan through your profile: driver’s license, travel passport, etc (600 DPI definition);
4) upload scan of your passport page with address proof;
5) upload Form W8-BEN (must be filled out).
You can upload documents only in TIFF, JPEG or PNG format.

After we have accepted the due diligence – you will get status “ACTIVE”.

This seems strange:

"2) upload your passport scan through your profile (600 DPI definition)"

But otherwise they seem like perhaps a poss alternative to Epass. Foreign sites are always a bit weird in some aspects to us in the US but they seem like an alternative and several foreign sponsors use them.

Any opinions or experiences please?
