Michael O, serious respect for you right now for still trying to do what you can for people. I've seen NOTHING but attempts to solve peoples' epass problems coming out of you, and that's what the trolls fail to realize.

As Rochard said, some of the losers here take the lowest hanging fruit from the tree and beat it all to shit before they realize "hey that guy didn't do anything wrong".

Michael O is the messenger. Mallick's retarded fucking ass is using Michael O as his puppet. Michael, with mouths to feed, bills to pay, and more, needs to keep his household and personal life in order, so he does what he is instructed to do by his boss. If Michael O comes here tomorrow with no ePass in his sig and says ePass is fucked, doomed, and you all just lost millions of dollars, who are you gonna go after then? Michael for telling you, or Mallick for fucking you?

It's logic, people. It's common sense. How god damn hard is it to be pissed off at the RIGHT people? I'm honestly going to sit back and laugh when Michael O finally says fuck it, and either quits ePass or tells his bosses to send some other puppet here to be harassed by some of you. He doesn't deserve the childish bull shit some of you put him through. And hell, I don't know Michael, spoke to him once about a chargeback I wanted to do, and that's it. I'm putting the truth out there as to who you people need to harass and stalk, and leave this dude alone already (stop stalking, harassing, etc), and let him do his job. He's not the zookeep.

In the past 5 years Michael always fixed any issue I had with epassporte without having to call their terrible asian callcenter. And usually he fixed it in less then 24 hours, which is pretty nice for such a weird offshore company.

Basically Michael was one of the few persons who could get things done at epassporte.
Now recently he was not provided with much more information then we do, but you can't blame Michael on that.

I'm sure many big affiliate or hosting companies would love to hire him as a good support guy

If epass gets through this then they're going to have some serious problems once Michael O is gone. Without that one man on staff the customer service level drops significantly (and incompetence level increases)

Micheal has been given the thankless task of keeping people informed when there was no real information to be given. And he has done that to the best of his ability.

Basically he does not know if, when or how money in VV will be released. Because no one at Epass knows. Not even Mallick.

Most of the questions came down to that. The others were getting money out of the wallet and that's done by bank transfer. And exactly where is the money, which I doubt if Micheal knew.

My advice to Micheal is to get his CV in order and start hitting a few people up on ICQ, quietly of course.

Well I did and even they wont give you a straight awnser and they are the ones holding your money so how the hell do you expect Michael to know the truth of whats really going on. You ever been made redundant ? Well nine times out of ten the employees have no idea whats going on at the top ...

To my opinion, Michael is the only one in Epassporte with brains. The rest are just stupid monkeys. He's the only one who was able and was willing to help in any situations. And I think if he was not there, Epass would never became what it became (I mean indeed before this entire VISA incident).

But after taking so much crap as he did in past 3 weeks, I guess, no one would want to stay working there.

I think it's pretty clear to most Michael O is doing his best to perform under pressure and in doing so has been hung out to dry by those who are truly responsible for this debacle.

Those who have represented companies they did not run sympathize and those who run companies and / or hire and manage people recognize. I don't think he'll have a problem finding a new employer, to those in the know his performance has been admirable.

I have been saying this for YEARS.

The sad fact is that no business should be as fucked up as Epass has been to need MO so desperately. Problem for MO is he knows that are so bad and yet he still sticks with them. Is that really helping his loyal customers/followers or is it making them stick with a bad company?

I want to make it clear. Up until this I would have hired him if I had the need for him. Now I wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole.

Love him? Let's see someone have the balls to make a serious offer right now. Forgetting the past month, you know his history so let's see an offer on the table now.

No offers? Than it is just meaningless butt kissing or an attempt to climb to the top of the heap in hopes you will get paid.
