In the past 5 years Michael always fixed any issue I had with epassporte without having to call their terrible asian callcenter. And usually he fixed it in less then 24 hours, which is pretty nice for such a weird offshore company.

Basically Michael was one of the few persons who could get things done at epassporte.
Now recently he was not provided with much more information then we do, but you can't blame Michael on that.

I'm sure many big affiliate or hosting companies would love to hire him as a good support guy
