if you think tubes can be ended, then it will also end all forums too, or radically change them, because users post photos and text that they do not own the copyright to

you can't end the tubes without ending youtube and all forums too, because when there are user uploads or user interaction with any site, there is a chance that copyrighted material will be uploaded or posted, so there has to be a way to legally deal with that happening, or the whole internet needs to change

Hardly. They will go after sites which are directly PROFITING off the content with no inherent social value attached to the site.
While youtube does have "illegal content" uploaded by users, the vast social service the site provides puts it in a much different light than some twat who is simply uploading illegal videos to make a profit.

Nothing has to change, they know exactly who they are targeting here.
