Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

Thank you and I do kettlebells two days a week and lift three days a week. I love kb's but I need to lift weights to try and fill up some of the loose skin. Thank god the skin isnt that bad because Ive been doing it slow and steady. I started my plan feb 2009.

i lost 20 pounds by eating healthier...and playing basketball just once a week, golf twice a week..i want to get going twice a week in basketball...as if i can drop another 10-15 pounds ill be happy

im 203 now...193 would be good
