Epassporte useless????

I have one important question. Maybe too late because I paid the 50$. When someone enters his new epassporte visa card number to a processor that blacklisted his country,so why would be successful the transaction with this new card number? The country of the card owner remains the same. So I enter my name, blacklisted country and new visa card number. Transaction is declined on the spot! Processors look for the country first, so It seems to me Epassporte is useless for those who really want to use it

Is it right or I'm totally wrong.

talk me through this please, especially an epassporte insider, maybe Rand.

ps: I emailed them but no answer for 14 hours

I asked CC Bill if they accept sign ups from the users that have an epassporte but which their countries are not accepted for transactions by CC Bill system.

This was their answer:

From: [email protected]

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY SIGNUPS FROM YOUR COUNTRY. THANK YOU

Well but you can't say that epassporte is useless. Has lots of enhancements comparing with paypal, and is available for the people from all countries.

epassporte is FOR those that can't get a transaction through because of their blocked country, BIN, or their card number is in a negative DB. Monday at 10AM PST there will be a call in to explain everything, in detail. Sorry for the delay in replying, but we are all at the Vegas show and offline most of the time.

CCBill and iBill have both expressed an interest in accepting epassporte. After the show this will be done.

As for the uses, there are too many to post. We will explain most of the functionality on the Monday call.

Thanks,

Chris
