Processors look for the country first, so It seems to me Epassporte is useless for those who really want to use it
Is it right or I'm totally wrong.
talk me through this please, especially an epassporte insider, maybe Rand.
ps: I emailed them but no answer for 14 hours

epassporte is FOR those that can't get a transaction through because of their blocked country, BIN, or their card number is in a negative DB. Monday at 10AM PST there will be a call in to explain everything, in detail. Sorry for the delay in replying, but we are all at the Vegas show and offline most of the time.
CCBill and iBill have both expressed an interest in accepting epassporte. After the show this will be done.
As for the uses, there are too many to post. We will explain most of the functionality on the Monday call.
Thanks,
Chris
