My wire have been approved in September, I haven't submitted wire request again, just emailed them regarding my old one.

Last week I got Account Closing Agreement, sent it back and received wire on Monday.

Did you send it to them using their document system online? If yes, can you see it as recieved?

I'm happy to say I finally got my card approved and working.

Yeah i also got a reply, but without answering any of my questions.
So they just "ctrl-c + ctrl-v" all our stuff without reading it.
