J. Falcon, if you're such an expert then tell me what should I do?
Mail them to get copy/paste reply again and again? I've said only positive things about ePass for 3 weeks since it all started. Though I haven't got a cent from my wallet since September 3rd, and I need and waiting for these money. They could enable withdrawals to my credit card 3 weeks ago, and they didn't do it while they did it for other people with problems absolutely similar to mine. |

J. Falcon, I've emailed Michael directly numerous times regarding my wire transfer status & withdrawals to my credit card.
Guess what? Not a single useful answer. He answered but in his answers were no information and no solution. |
Don't fight people, just wait until October, 6th for SKNANB response. I suggest you do what Falcon said, mail Michael O directly. It's clear that no one gives a fuck about us in ePass.

I can whine about all these transaction costs (and that ridiculous extra fee to higher your limits to $600), but I'm happy I got every dollar from my eWallet minus the fees. Hope it will finally also work out for you. Now only the funds on my Visa card are left... hopefully SKNANB really hold on to their 6 october deadline. |
I want ma mooooney

Hi !!
I had a crash the computer for 3 days ... There are good news? |
Dear Account Holder:
It is with great regret we inform you that ePassporte must close its doors due to a lack of revenue and circumstances beyond our control. Effective immediately, the call center, ePassporte's sales and marketing team and risk management staff will no longer be available.A small group will remain to organize wallet requests and help disburse funds. On the ePassporte website, in the near future, wallet holders will be provided further information on what is needed to obtain your funds. This will mainly be a process to protect wallet holder funds from fraud. We expect this will be a simplified process, and as we receive the necessary information, our small remaining staff will process requests as quickly as they can. Please direct your wallet questions, concerns and requests to [email protected]. For those of you with funds on your Visa Accounts, we are informed that St. Kitts Bank is working on a plan to provide everyone with full access to their funds through their Visa Electron Cards or by bank wire transfers and will inform you accordingly. We appreciate your support for the ePassporte program over the past 7 years and deeply regret we must close our doors at this difficult time. Sincerely, ePassporte.com |

And I will miss Michael Olsen's support. Even though I was wrong about the ultimate outcome of this situation, no one wins - paticularly not me or the people I paid through Epass. My days of buying stuff at GFY are over. And I won't be signing up for any other service - I'll be going back to face to face transactions. |
I just wanna get my ewallet cash....been waiting many weeks :(
|
The sad thing is Michael O was bullshitted to the end. The poor guy is still waiting on his "epass'd" payroll payment..

Who is looking to hire Michael.

I'm also worried/sad about my money, not at all for Michael or for the Indians in the calling center

I guess this thread may not hit 100 pages after all...
http://www.asiandivagirls.com/gfy/ma...complished.jpg It sure would be nice if someone from ePassporte would come in and explain exactly what led to their demise. Not just hai guise, sowwy, buh-bye. :disgust No double talk, just the straight scoop. If SKNANB can resurrect the Virtual Visa card program, then why was ePassporte unable to do so? This is the least that ePassporte owes it's customers...well, next to their money. :Oh crap :2 cents: I saw this coming, but I am not going to say I told you so, instead I am going to hope that everyone who is owed money from ePassporte is able to eventually retrieve all of their money. :thumbsup ADG |
RIP epassporte . st kitts owned you .

If you read all of my post, I asked ePassporte to explain exactly what caused the bank to cut them off in the first place. In case, you haven't been keeping track, that question has never been answered by ePassporte, nor by the bank. I would be leery of doing business with either one of those companies until that question is answered. ADG |
Wow.... this a case of having all your eggs in one basket.... Visa pulled and the whole business is sunk, just like that.
Sad. |
this is fucked up! from whom should I ask my money from the wallet?
|
maybe it won't make it to 100 pages now.

Seems Epass aren't the only ones..
The collapse of one of the UK's largest foreign exchange firms has hit more than 13,000 consumers today. Crown Currency Exchange (CCE) called in administrators MCR, leaving holidaymakers and business travellers without any travel money. MCR stressed it cannot guarantee an early resolution and said those looking for a 'quick return of their money' may be left disappointed. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2010/...32_468x286.jpg Oh no: More than 13,000 customers of Crown Currency Exchange lost money CCE, based in Hayle, Cornwall, allows customers to pre-order foreign currency of between £300 to £10,000 at today's prices up to a year in advance. MCR said customers would not receive orders for travel cash due for delivery from today onwards - or any previous orders that have not yet been delivered - at this stage. It said it would be in contact with those affected soon, but advised worried customers to contact MCR directly on 020 7487 7240. Internet forums have been flooded with messages from anxious customers over the weekend, when it emerged that Barclays had frozen CCE's bank accounts. CCE customers have not been able to contact the group since the end of last week, with all customer service numbers ringing out. One message from a customer called Andy on moneysavingexpert.com, who said he is due 2,300 US dollars to take his children to Disneyland, read: 'I'm crying as I write this message. I fly out to the States Thursday as a surprise for my two children. They have no idea they're going to Walt Disney. I cannot describe in words how I feel right now.' Another called Sarah said she feared her family has lost more than £300-worth of euros ordered with CCE recently. 'It looks like there is no way to get this money back. I'm gutted as we saved so hard for two years for this holiday and now it's looking like we will have to cancel,' she wrote. It is understood Barclays barred CCE from withdrawing or transmitting any money to customers over the weekend after the company's directors told the bank it was on the brink of collapse. Paul Clark, partner at administrator MCR, said: 'Like many operators in the travel sector, it has experienced a difficult trading environment during the course of the past 12 months, which has been exacerbated by a further downturn and general tightening of the travel market.' He added: 'We fully appreciate the difficult position in which many will now find themselves in - many in the build-up to holidays or business trips, as well as money transfers associated with second home purchases. 'However, the administration process is in its early days and we cannot guarantee an early resolution for those looking for a quick return of their money.' CCE boasts on its website that it has processed foreign currency transactions worth more than £150 million over the past five years. It was set up by husband and wife team Peter and Susan Benstead. CCE was not available for comment. |
can't wait to hear what really happened
|

|
I received the balance confirmation from SKNANB via email. I sent them scan of my VISA card and personal information (ID).
