The latest info is this: mallick says he's not going to sign the final agreement. translation: "I not going to pay you your money"

he signed the previous one, in Dec. of course, he paid $0 since then... so his word and his signature doesn't mean shit. it's not important, what's important is that basically now he's openly admitting and saying that he's not going to pay.

now what about epassporte nv? the court case has been scheduled on 27th of may in Curacao. the court will declare epassporte nv bankrupt. no doubt about that. and that's it! the court case in Curacao means nothing, it won't do any damage to mallick and it won't make him pay. case closed.

you might ask, why the fuck would they even go to that godforsaken curacao court?

it's a meaningless epilogue, the final act. don't forget that some people actually paid the lawyers upfront to do this shit. so, it's a logical final step... and then it's over.
