my problem is re distribution of wealth, and it all went overseas due to the massive manufacturing shift. wal mart has a huge part in this.

that is capitalism but im not the type who wants only giant corporate chains around. at least force them to keep wealth inside the country.

africa will be the next boom as china is now coming up with a massive middle class and wages will increase. it just goes on and on.

back 25 some years ago, we had balances in trade, when Harley Davidson was struggling with sales because of the new Japanese bikes, the government put a import tax on all imported bikes over 750 cc's to give Harley Davidson a fair chance. Later Harley asked the government to take off the tax ahead of time, they were doing that good.

So that's the question, why isn't the government doing something like that to get job growth and stimulate the economy?
