Any had an EPASSPORTE biz account wire deposit not show up?

Just wondering what kind of wait time and process I'm about to go through, wired a fairly large amount to my epass biz account early last week, and Epass says they can't find it, my bank says they have it. Been in touch with epass several times, woman is very nice and seems to be working on it, but as Han solo says "I got a bad feeling about this"

So how long did it take you to get your lost wire issue resolved?

Can you have the bank talk to epassporte and prove that it was sent? Seems like that may need to happen.

hehe, nope. I just sent Epass the docs and they say "we are looking for it but haven't found it yet"

Did you send it from the bank you have been using for earlier sends? I have found some banks and Epass dont play well together.

I have had wires get lost a few times and i send the wire details from the bank to them and they usually find within 24 hours.

Same bank for the last few years, I had a wire not show up for 3 days, and all it took was one call and epass found it, this is taking alot more calls and alot longer.

Epassporte's requirements are very specific and if somebody in your bank sent the payment "how they always do international payments" rather than specifically as requested by epassporte there will be problems.

I have one bank that just cannot do it right so I gave up with them.

Get your bank to send you a copy of the "MT103" form that they sent to epassporte's bank.

If you then send that to epassporte they should be able to locate the funds quicker for you.

It's all automated online for wire transfers, so I can't see how this wire was any different from any of the others I've sent them.

that blows, what are you at now about 10 business days? Yeah usually mine are in within 5. It might be a case though of the bank having the funds but not clearing them into epass' account yet. I've had that happen before with other companies. Highest I saw was about 20 days...so hopefully soon for you, good luck

yeah, so what do I do in the meantime for my epass affiliates, another payout day is coming, do I risk sending em another wire, I would have to be nuts to do that right?

Yeah I wouldn't do that. What about other programs? maybe paying a bit of a premium on a wire to them and they send you epass to epass, very short term fix if anything though.

Yeah, wires are a good option except many are out of country so that's gonna run me $45 for some affiliate payouts of $100 which is kinda crazy, sure the bigger epass amounts owed I'll eat the $45. As far as other payment options, other than paypal which I offered, what else is there that people actually have?
