simple question - are those nudism sites legal?

Those "real content" ones I mean.. not sure should I post any links, but I'd presume you'll know what I'm talking about.

The answer to your question is .... Those sites are absolutely illegal in Iran. Dont visit them unless you are some kind of sick, psychotic criminal who gets off on looking at naked bodies. You are in Iran, right?

Yes, I'm in Iran and I'm sitting right next to you while a camel is raping your ass.

Anyway, why I asked is because some of them even got affiliate programs, and it does look like it would convert well with all the sick fucks online..

It's illegal in Swaziland. And you dont want to end up in a Swazi prison. Good thing you asked us here on gfy before peddling those **nudism** sites to Swazis.

And no, you cant peddle those sites in the Vatican City either. Even though conversions would be very high.

Nude content shot in a public place is legal. If that public place was a private club it's not legal.

Posting pictures of someone under age shot in a public place is not legal and can get the poster in big trouble.

However defending a case over invasion of privacy is expensive.

Wow, now I'm confused. Isn't it opposite? Isn't public place illegal, and private is legal? A public photography is some kind of voyeur = without consent? It's the "without consent" that makes it illegal, right?

Not how I understand the law. If you take picture or video of someone in the street you don't need their permission to publish it. If you take a picture or video of them in a their home, or yours, you need their permission to publish it.

In the US I believe if you take a picture or video from the street of someone in their house it's legal.

The reasoning is you should not be doing anything that you will find objectionable in public. If it were the other way around CCTV and News gathering people would have a rough time.

Wow...if pics in public places were illegal, that would be the end of the paparazzi.

If you get the model releases and 2257 docs of all the people that you focused on - sure, it's legal.

I guess laws are different.
Here, it's not illegal to take pictures in public, but may be illegal if nudity is involved and without consent. Nudism sites are not illegal, but you can be sued or reported by the offended. In private it also need consent, nude or not, but I assumed you meant private was illegal no matter what.
