The member can basically request anything he/she wants to see, however the model can deny the request and end the show. Usually, on the cam sites that offer free chat, the member and the model agree upon the show action before entering a private session. It also depends on the cam site's rules and that varies from site to site.

It depends on the model. In private sessions, the models can do almost anything they want. If you want to see that type of action, you can ask the model and see if the model agrees on that.

I've not tried that so talking theoretical only. The traffic is targeted, they can be converted, but i would say on cheap cam sites such as LiveJasmin.

Add targeted SE cams traffic, good content texts and sales texts, model bios and quality cam sites, mix together.

You need to test, test and again test everything out. You need to find the right cam site for your type of traffic. You need to know the product you're selling in order to be able to properly sell it. Ask the cams sponsor for a review account, go on and test the cam site, learn it, see how it works, everything from A to Z. That'll help you identify what type of traffic will perform better on the respective cam site and eventually bring you more sales.

I doubt those 50,000 adult surfers make zero sales on cams and thousand dollars on dating sites, but i understand what you're saying. The thing is that cams is not for everyone. Adult video chat is expensive. Not everyone affords to pay from $0.99+ per minute to use a live cam site, while with dating and paysites, it's much cheaper for the average surfer.

It also depends on what type of traffic you're sending to the sponsor. For example, 50,000 adult surfers targeted to cams will bring some nice numbers if sent to cam sites, while if you send the same traffic to paysites it will not convert so well. It really depends on the type of traffic, that's the key to selling cams. If you have general traffic, you need to educate people into knowing what cams is all about. That's why i always say everyone should know the product very, very well before trying to sell it.

The most common ways to get cam traffic are the search engines. That's the best traffic for cams. Targeted SE cams traffic. Of course, there's lots of other ways, on general adult sites, niched adult sites, whatever, place a banner/button/link that leads to a cams page, buy traffic and apply the same thing, basically filter your traffic and you'll get some targeted cams traffic. There's lots of ways to get cam traffic, but SE targeted cams traffic is the key in selling cams.

The most common cam search terms that surfers use when searching for paid chat are: adult video chat, live sex cams, live sex chat, etc... It really depends.

You're asking for exact numbers which i don't have, you'd have to ask a cam site owner/representative for an accurate answer on that. Without having the exact numbers, i would have to guess the answer to your questions, however, i would say that the average cam customer makes anywhere from 1 to 100 sales per year, from there it depends on the cam site prices per minute, etc...

The savvy cam members try all of the cam sites that are worth trying and keep buying from those that offer the best features at the cheapest price. Something like this goes for the models also. They try all of the cam sites worth trying and remain on those that work best for them.

Once a surfer signs up for a free registration and gets the taste, as long as the surfer has the money to spend on cam sites, it is most likely that the surfer will purchase credit. The cam sites offer free minutes, special discounts, etc... in order to stimulate the surfers to purchase credit. Take Flirt4Free's 2 free minutes offer for example. The surfers register free for an account and enter the credit card details to verify their age and receive unlimited free chat access and 2 minutes of private time. Once the surfers want to purchase credit, they already have entered the credit card details and only have now to click a few buttons to purchase credit. It's a very clever upsell method that indeed brings results.

Yes, they still convert. You can use this method as on lustywebcams [dot] com to promote ClickCash.

It really matters what the cam site has to offer to the surfer, and not what promo tools they offer to affiliates in order to promote their site.

Thank you very much for letting us pick your brain. There are many negative posts on gfy but one thread like this is worth 100 bad ones and why I like and still visit the forum.

I had forgotten about the price of cams and that yes, it is expensive for the average surfer. many surfers are hesitant to pay a mere $19.99 for a porn or dating site so $2/min is steep. It narrows down the pool of qualified surfers quite a bit in the adult online world.

It was also good you mentioned knowing the product and educating your surfers on it too. I know about cams but don't have the depth of understanding with it that I do with porn and dating and I think it does make a difference in terms of my ability to sell it.
