i found there to be days when some niches perform much better for me than others and target accordingly.

back when i used to push PPC traffic a lot, i could break it down to 15 minute intervals of when things would convert and when they would not... miss those day

I make most of my sales during the week. I would probably say Monday and Friday are best sales days historically for me. No matter the niche, or type of site.
