I have a total lack of knowledge over whether the product in question is a copy or not. But I did have to weigh in on the comment about JMB support. I've used Jeremy's products for 4 years, and he has always been stellar in providing quick support.

Whether there are superior products out there is also something that I have no knowledge of. But I do know that the JMB products that I own work the way they are supposed to, and at a reasonable price.

Frankly, IMHO trade scripts have been WAY over priced for a very long (too) long time.

Kudo's to Jeremy and JMB Software. Excellent software, reasonably priced and support.

375 for a liscense for any site you own no matter if its on 1 or 10 servers is a selling point in itself. Kinda hard to pass up

Actually you can judge price just after you know how much code, time, testing, knowledge and ideas is behind each script. Imho our price of 100$/script after second licence is more then fair.

We could easily copy just base of some other script and sell it for much cheaper, but we didn't want that, we wanted our own product with kick ass features and we are still no.1 there ;).

I agree with you on this one, it's GREAT promo price! But at the end of the day all what matters is how much cash you earned and not with each script you can see difference there.

Not really since outlists were there with much older scripts and atx vs tp is huge diference in outlists for example we scale them based on trades number and points etc. Again I repeat for 10th time probably, I don't care if someone copies feature, I care if someone copies entire system how feature works...for example skim schemes, traffic quality etc. They could invent at least some different input forms and add something extra to it and not just copy methods how it's handled in admin area! All trade script use skim schemes, but we only use first 7 clicks then cycled method, next to that input dynamic rules link etc.

No they should just innovate and not copy. That is my point of view. Price will always be different and it depends on many factors including stability, algo's, features support etc of the script so each owner has it's right to set his price. It's like with cars, if you are after Fiat it's cheap, but if you want Ferrari for example you will need to pay for it!

I think asking 100$/copy for kick ass script it's not called greed, it's called bargain. If you don't trust me put side by side comparison of our and other scripts and let me know. I doubt that big webmasters like Rami(dansmovies), Panda(pandasmovies), Godsmack, SteelArt, BoneProne and many other old school players would use our script if this fact is not correct.

It looks like you're just bashing a script that can do what yours does but at a lower price. Was he supposed to release an inferior script to yours? His is a traffic trading script, so is yours... how different was it supposed to be? Have you looked at all the code and shit to see if he copied yours? Because the screen shots you posted don't even look identical to me. Did you patent 3 outlists? Did you take into account that he created the script based on his customers requests? Have you ever seen a purple goat with rabbit ears?

And you are terribly wrong, JMBSOFT script can't do even close what Trade Pulse can.

It should be different how functions work, so if he uses skim and if he has internal skim schemes he could invent his own way to handle it and not our 7 + 3 cycled. If he uses traffic quality he could invent something and not just copy our 3 traffic quality groups and ratios for each group, he could simply invest 1hr of time in thinking how to make it BIT different.

Obviously we did it best possible way so he didn't even dare to invent something better :D.

Lower price it is, but as I said, Ferrari vs Fiat....and I don't judge you neither JMBSOFT I just wanted people to know who is original and who is copy, who is real thing and who is not ;). If you ever need advanced features and grow big sites you will see difference between ORIGINAL and COPY but you will also see what was copied.

How can you know JMB can't do what you do? Sure he just started out a trade script, but Jeremy is one of the very few people I know who seriously take constructive feedback way better than any script owner I know out there. If there's something someone want he'll add it. So he CAN do what you can do.

They look the same because they provide the same functionality and therefore present the UI in a similar manner... this is nothing new and isn't a copy. You need to compare code bases and formatting before you claim any sort of copying foul.

I've been a developer for 10 years, I've seen all kinds of borrowed UI it's just part of doing business... and when did you release your app? And why haven't you updated the UI since its release? Continued development is the number one way to combat someone else from swooping in and offering the same thing you do at the same or lower price...
