What language is this?
I keep getting spam in this language, and I need to block it. What is it?

Belirli büyüklükten sonra aşırı kapasite, maliyetlerin aşırı artması, yanlış yönetim kararları gibi ekonomik olmayan sonuçlar ortaya çıkabilir. |
