What I find ridiculous is why you would ask "What do yo mean by local? Your police department and judges or what?"...when it is the City Council (depending on the city) etc. and County Board of Supervisors (depending on the country) etc. that constitute City and County Governments...and not police departments or judges...they are enforcers and do not make law.

And no...local governments are not federal agencies either directly or indirectly.

I have told you before that even if ALL of the copy and past garbage you post here daily was in fact "truth" (which it all is not truth)...as an American citizen having lived under numerous Congresses and Presidents...I have been and am perfectly content. I have fared better than the average bear and even though I sacrificed my good health in service of this country I am not bitter for having done so...and if I could I would serve my country again.
