				Bank of America or Bank of India?
			 
			Well, saw a bunch of charges on my account that are not suppose to be there, call up bank of India, err Bank of America and there is NO ONE I can speak to that is not at there India call center, the supervisor is not available and the guy I am talking to can barely understand me and I can barely understand him. 
		
	
		
		
		
		
			I have been on the phone for over 45 mins now... Bank of America my ass... bail these idiots out and they send their jobs over sea's... next time let them fail...

		 Lol, there are three bank of america's within 3-4 miles from me.. but considering I live in a VERY populated area, to talk to a rep about situations like this you have to wait for a minimum of 45 mins or longer while they sit there and look at you with such a dumbfounded face like they have never worked a day in their lives.

	BofA has the worst CS. I had an account there but moved it to another bank after getting fed up with having to go down to the bank to get things done. I use Regions for most of my banking. Credit Unions are the best, but there aren't any currently near me.  |

		 thats what I am going to do, go back to my Credit Union, I have a personal account there already. Only reason I went to BOA is because there are so many around me and my credit union is about 20 mins away.
