Thing is, my local branch doesn't do anything about fraud "in-house" they get you on a phone while you are in there and go on with other customers.

After speaking with them more they saw that it was company I purchased some things online as Christmas gifts for family and the place charged me seperately for the items, seperatly for shipping and seperately for handling 6 times for each.. the most retarded thing I ever heard and its going to take 3-5 business days for the money to get returned.
