Who had the idea to 'continue branding' of a company like iBill? After SCAMMING ppl for hundreds of thousand [if not millions] of dollars?

Maybe I missed this in this massive thread of bumps and hate. But the new owner says he purchased iBill, did he just purchase the asset of ibill like the rights to use the name and logo or did he purchase the actual corporation which has the full legal liability to pay everyone the old iBill screwed over? Which one is it? From the way the guy is talking he purchased the actual corporation. So Contact adultbizlaw.com ask for mike and sue the fucker!!

NemesisEnforcer 11-03-2009 07:33 AM

I'm not certain but the sStatue of limitations may've passed. Regardless, this is/was a nasty situation.

When someone steals tens or even hundreds of thousands from you let us all know how it makes you feel?
In the mean time i will keep bumping the thread, not to try and get my money back but to make sure every person possible gets to know the history of Ibill and can then make an informed judgment on who they should trust with their money :thumbsup

This San guy is not a REAL ibill rep or employee is he? I thought he was a "Rodrigo" just less amusing.

If he is legit, they are more of a disaster than I thought as his posts do more harm to that company's image than this thread ever could.

I am sure this has already been asked, but how can a company on one hand claim no repsonsibility or liability for the bad of the past, and at the same time BOLDLY on their website front page state:

"No matter what size your business is, you will need a global, reliable, secure, e-commerce solution to support your companies growth goals. Since 1997, merchants around the world have used iBill to processes hundreds of millions in online payments from low to high risk merchants abroad. iBill understands your industry and tailors payment solutions to meet your companies needs. Partner with us and tap into 12-plus years of helping businesses move money quickly and securely worldwide."

Fucking joke.

This is the revised version now posted on their site..

"No matter what size your business is, you will need a global, reliable, secure, e-commerce solution to support your companies growth goals sadly that is not us. Since 1997, merchants around the world have used iBill to processes hundreds of millions in online fraud from low to high risk merchants at home and abroad and lost every penny. iBill understands your industry and tailors payment scams to meet your companies needs. Partner with us and tap into 12-plus years of theft, fraud, mismanagement misappropriation of funds, lies, cheating customers, not only in the USA but also worldwide."

Thats probably why you don't see him post in these threads anymore. Its obviously been realized you need intelligence to reply lucidly and with some knowledge of past events

I don't know, I'd use this company. Sure, using ibill cost me $25,000 back at a time where that almost put me under, but what the hell. It's been 8 years.

I'm also going to use their new hosting company, likewhoa.com.

So you had nothing to do with iBill until 2002, yet you state on your website

"No matter what size your business is, you will need a global, reliable, secure, e-commerce solution to support your companies growth goals. Sounds to me a lot like you want to try and convince people of your credibility by leaning on the history of iBill, but when it comes to being responsible for the finacial fucking iBill did to this industry, you want no part of that? Bullshit! You can't have it both ways!
